Kai was a music prodigy, Senku was a Genius.
They've met only once when Senku was in need of help. She has left a huge impression on the Science boy, even leaving behind something he will eventually need to return.
Even if it meant...
The following day...The Kingdom of Science finally set in motion their hot-line plan.
"For this mission, we have four task forces:" Senku then lifts up 4 fingers, the usual smug look never leaving his demeanor. He was ready to introduce the 4 people to the rest of the villagers present.
"Chrome on engineering," Chrome was then shown, face scrunched up with undoubtful seriousness.
"Magma on transporting the cell-phone," The attention was shifted to Magma, saying nothing of sort.
"Gen on navigation," It was the mentalist's turn, wearing a rather troubled look on his face despite his smile, possibly forced.
"Now...last but not least...Kai on guard duty," On cue, the familiar emerald eye girl approaches, she as well as the other three boys that were mentioned, had something carrying on their backs. Her expression was similar to Chrome's, both bearing a serious glint in their eyes.
This team will solely focus on their mission, which was to deliver the phone for the two other members of the kingdom of science, Taiju and Yuzuhira. But this mission had to be done undercover, considering that there was somebody watching over them. It was none other than Hyoga's right hand, Homura.
"Senku,"
The voice belonged to Kai, one that seemed weary and a bit troubled. When the science boy turned to this, his keen eyes were quick to catch her uncertain ones.
"Homura specializes in gymnastics...and as I told you earlier I also practiced gymnastics back in the modern world..." Her emerald eyes then narrow his way, "...I don't understand, why didn't you choose someone else as guard duty? With my ability, I can catch Homura with no problem,"
Kai was right. There was no doubt that in a fight against the two modern girls, Kai could possibly win...considering that she had practiced martial arts along with gymnastics due to her wealthy lifestyle. Senku was aware of this fact, but he didn't seem to have reacted by her words particularly. Instead, he reached over to pick on his ear, letting out a small sigh before answering.

"Don't worry..." A smirk makes its way towards his young face, "We're going to catch Homura no matter the cost. So you just focus on protecting the other three~"
It seemed like Senku made up his mind, and he wasn't one who easily gave in with what others said other than his very own logic. Kai also knew not to question Senku's words, especially after all the time she spent with him. If he said they were alright, she would put her trust in him.
"...Alright..."
The ravenette seemed to be lost for a moment before focusing her attention towards Kohaku, someone who much resembled her late Mentor. She approached her descendent with a look of determination.
