This is a short story with just one character who features in an earlier tale, and is published in its entirety. It begins about forty years after the Honessian paladin, Lawk, dies and has his book of wisdoms published. As long as readers are sufficiently familiar with my earlier works to understand some of Honess's background, no other prior reading is needed.
