"Look it makes no difference." She started. "I want to go ahead with the divorce."
"What do you mean it makes no difference." He said the frustration clear in his voice. "There's not going to be a divorce." He told her plainly.
"You can't decided that. We agreed, we both agreed when we talked that we were going to get divorced. Hell you even recommended your friend to handle it."
"That was then, this is now." He looked at her. "I love you and I know you love me." He said softly.
"Hmm." Sanem cleared her throat. "I don't know where you got that idea from." She told him. Again thankful he couldn't see her eyes.
"Why are you being like this." He took a deep breath. "I know you feel the same..." He stepped closer. "Every touch." She stepped back."Every kiss." A few steps back and she fell back on the bed. "Everything.... you felt the same." He finished, now standing by the end of the bed. Holding out his hand for her to help her up.
Ignoring him she rolled over setting herself back on her feet. And without another word went to the bathroom.
'Maybe she was right, maybe now wasn't the right time to talk' Can thought. Waiting for her to come out.
She came out a few minuites later to find him straightening out the bedding on the floor.
He looked up as he heard her come back into the room."Look you're right this isn't the right time to talk. Let's try and get some sleep and talk in the morning."
She sighed. "There's really no point." She paused. "My answer will be the same. I'm sorry you had a wasted journey." She told him as she came back round to her side of the bed.
She felt bad for him sleeping on the floor. The bed was big enough for the two of them. Should she offer him...'no' her inner voice told her, then he would get the wrong idea. 'It was unfair to let him sleep on the floor.' He could very well have slept in the bed at the start of the night. But he had thought of her. She had to give it to him thinking of her. Even though she would never admit it to him. His thoughtfulness had made her love him a little more.
"Hmm...why don't you sleep in the bed. The least I can do is offer a good night's rest. Or what's left of the night." She told him, again checking the time.
"It's ok I'm good here." He told her.
'Was she testing him?' He asked himself. There was nothing more he wanted the be close to her to hold her. He sighed...he wanted to earn her trust. So sharing a bed wasn't a very good idea. For the moment anyway....it was better for him not to be too close.
"Ok...." She said as she climbed between the covers.
There was nothing else to say. She saw him lie down and she herself settled down. Thankful for what sleep she'd had because she knew for certain she wasn't going to get any more tonight.
He laid back down, hands behind his head. Maybe he shouldn't have said anything. It had just agitated her even more so. He was on her turf now. He had to tread carfully, the teasing...he had to behave. Morning was just a few hours away. It was going to be long day, he needed to get all the rest he could as he willed himself to seep.

Her eyes futtered open, it seemed she had barely closed them. Surprisingly she had managed to fall asleep. Sitting up she picked up her phone to check the time, it was late. Quickly getting out of bed, saw the bedding neatly folded on the chair.
'Had he left?' She thought, going out to check.
Heading towards the kitchen she smelt the aroma of coffee and freshly cooked pancakes. Stopping at the door of the kitchen in surprise at what she saw in front of her. Emre sitting at the table while Can with his back to her wearing an apron... cooking pancakes. She decided to double back but Emre had seen her.
