Title: HOW TO BOSS UNWANTED FEELING

1. BEGINNING

      - identify why are you feeling that?
      - understand your beginning
      - address the issue, comprehend and you will notice something
      - don't let yourself dictate by your feelings and those people around because mainly, that's the source, the main reason or the contributor why you're feeling that unwanted feelings

Psalm 55:2

"I am restless in my complaint and am surely distraced."

2. OBJECTION

Psalm 26:2
"Examine me, O Lord, and try me;Test my mind and my heart."

Psalm 42:5-11

"Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad?I will put my hope in God!I will praise him again-my Savior and my God!"

      - when you already know it, object!      - so when you're confused, talk to yourself deeply
      - tell yourself "bakit ka ba ganyan? ano bang problema mo?"
      - count your blessing instead... put yourself in a positive thoughts
      - and say "why don't you just put your trust to God?"
      - don't rely on your feelings instead challenge it
      - and if you can't talk with yourself, ask your friends what's your blindspot, what's problem with you...
      - find friends who are true, that will not condemned you, punished you but will lift you up

Job 15:12

"Elephaz asked Job: "Why has your heart carried you away, and why do your eyes flash?"

3. SUBMISSION

      - when you challenge your emotion, you bring it to submission
      - do not allow yourself to submit to your feelings but let your feelings submit to your objectivity

Philippians 2:5

"Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus..."

    - the mind Paul refers to is the focus of Christ's life, which is humility. Paul clearly feels this is something that we should have, or at least have access to, as Christians. The attitude of a believer is to resemble the attitude of Christ.

      - if possible let that cup pass from you but not your will, but His will be done (submission to Him)

4. SPIRIT-FILLED

      - how to submit? then be spirit-filled!

Galatians 5:22-23

"When the Holy Spirit controls our lives, he will produce this kind of fruit in us: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control."

      - if you're sad, holy spirit will give you everything that will result what you desire.

Conclusions:

Proverbs 13:3

"Self control means controlling the tongue!"

Psalm 19:14

"May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight."
