Chapter 13

Rachael's POV

I woke up in Embry's arms. I really missed this. I leaned up and kissed his cheek.

Embry started to stir and woke up.

"Morning beautiful. " He said in his raspy morning voice that I loved.
"Morning babe. "
"What do you wanna do today?"
"Stay laying here with you" I mumbled into his chest. I felt his chest vibrate with laughter and I joined in.
" We can do that. " He said.
"Yay!! "

I was so happy I got to spend some time with embry after so long.

And that's what we did. We spent all day together in the tent.

We laughed and played and joked around. It was the best.

I hadn't realized it had gotten so late until jake came up to us.

"There you guys are." Jake said panting.
"What's up?" Embry asked.
"You guys have been gone for a long time Sam got worried and sent us all out looking. "
"It hasn't been that long. " I said.
"It's been a full 24 hours. " Jake said.

Dang I hadn't realized we had been gone so long. I hope Sam isn't too mad.

"Ok we'll head back soon " embry stated.
"Okay see you to love birds later. " He laughed.
