LOSING OR GAINING WEIGHT

Being on a diet to lose weight or trying to gain weight isn't a bad thing especially if you are trying to get healthy. The problem is when we do so we stress out about why the result isn't showing. Some people no matter how much they eat they are not gaining weight while some no matter how much they try are not losing weight. It is in their blood. But just because it's in doesn't mean we don't keep a healthy eating lifestyle.

Eating too much unhealthy food:
•Eating to much oil, fats can give cholesterol
•Too much salt gives high blood pressure or triggers it
•Too much spices on someone who is a little bit chubby and has a generous amount of fat, the more one gains weight in a unhealthy way , the fat of the body presses on the veins closing it. The veins are pressured causing high blood pressure.

Losing weight and being healthy
•Eating vegetables only won't help you lose weight instead it cuts off some nutrients in your body. You lose proteins for example.
•Over-working out or over exercising only stresses the body.
•Not eating good can give headaches and other sickness (Your immune is also too weak to fight diseases)
•Mentally you are stressed.

It is good to watch your weight but go about it the right way. Drink a lot of water, eat vegetables and fruits but also take proteins, a bit of fats and oils too.
