Your Pov:
We are sitting and just talking for a while until we hear a weird noise from outside again and Corey says he wants to get out of the tent. We decide to go have a look around and Corey gets another call. He doesn't answer, but we're all a little scared at this point.

"If they call again I'll answer," Corey says almost like he's trying to be confident about it all.

"Bro, I don't want to go outside the tent," Jake says as he peeks his head out from inside the tent.

"There's nothing out there," Colby says in a 'oh stop' tone.

"It sounded like a car was coming up," Jake says almost like he's confused when he sees nothing.

We argue about what we heard and Colby tells us to not get scared already only for Sam to suggest starting the fire, but Corey gets another phone call.

"No way..." Colby says and he jumps up again and his phone falls in my lap.

Corey answers this time and we all listen, but all we can hear is indecipherable voices, it's all just gibberish.

Then the same people call again and Corey answers, but this time it's just quiet and we can't hear anything at all.

"It was completely quiet that time," Colby says full of confusion.

"What the f***..." Sam says and he jumps clearly scared.

Then Corey starts walking further into the woods and we go after him.

"No no no no, don't go by yourself," Colby says as he lets go of my hand for a moment and runs after Corey.

Jake stays in the tent while we try to get Corey to come back. We all start getting scared, but Colby reminds us that it's just in our head.

We then walk back to the tent and start making the fire.
Next we set up our chairs so we're sitting in a circle around the fire.

"I swear to God if a f***ing spider crawls on me bro, I'm going home, " Jake says in an annoyed tone making me giggle as Colby pulls my chair close again.

"Jake, I brought you a snack, brother," Colby says and grabs the ziplock bag we had in my small side bag.

"What?" Jake asks and Colby passes him the bag.

"I knew you would eat it," Colby says and I giggle when Jake gives him a skeptical look.

"What is this?" Jake says as he looks at it almost like it's poison.

"It's not poisoned Jake..." I say and giggle when Colby sits back and puts his arm around me again.

"It's just an ice cream sandwich," Colby says with a shrug, making me giggle again.
