Casting:
- Cleanse the space of all negative energy
- Mark out representations of the circle (ex. Trace circle shape in air with finger or want, form crystals or candles in circle shape)
- Visualize pure energy and breath
- Say the following
Ø By the earth that Is her body
Ø By the air that is her breath
Ø By the fire that is her bright spirit
Ø By the living waters of her womb
Ø As above so below
Ø The circle is cast, so more it be
- to close circle, trace the circle counterclockwise 3 times
*for extra protection, place element based candles in their corresponding directions
