Forget the things you once read
For those girls eyes are now dead
You have to see them to believe
The silence aches around her
Every limb in her body frozen
There's no escape
No where to hide
Everything's pitch black
And no matter what she does
They always come back to haunt her
She can never turn back
She can't ask for help
Since nobody seems to care
There's a place out there
Where daises grow
They tell the truth
To those who need to know
She doesn't offer as she can not see
Those pages she once read
Are now all burned
With all the flying birds now dead
She wishes she was gone
Smashed against a stone
Until her skull cracks
They don't seem to understand
That her situation is getting worse
They don't want to help her
Not even want to try to
She keeps all her pain
All hidden inside
So it can be washed away by the rain
To no longer last another day
She's falling apart in piles of ash
So to everyone
Forget the things you once read
For those girls eyes are now dead.
