A Lullaby To The Dead

Once upon a time,

A girl walked across the land,

Her feet dug into the hot sand,

She wanted to love

But all she had was herself,

Never wanting to be the victim

She looks up,

The fresh night filled with stars like a bejeweled crystal,

The moon painted in the sky,

It eerily illuminates the ghostly fog,

The hollowed trees all moving creepily in the wind,

Vines of roses filled the old cracked walls,

As she begins to fall,

The dead begin to enters the insulated castle,

A piercing scream; so loud and clear,

He begins to run towards the familiar cries,

He stops at the heavenly white chamber,

Death encases his body,

Feet dragging against the worn floor,

As he approaches the white door

Blood and roses cover her pale body,

The white golden bed she lays on now red,

His dagger now through her,

Her blood dripping in her still hands,

The forgotten embraces her gentle soul,

Kissing her pale baby lips and Snow White cheeks,

He takes her hand and takes his dagger out of her small body,

It shakes violently in his hands,

Then he plunges it into his chest,

Laying beside his love,

He takes her hand,

As the walls sing a deadly lullaby,

Of the tragedy of two lovers,

The timing fading away the night,

Together as they die they both sing a song with darkness

No more happiness,

In their rose covered graves,

As the roses cascade the dead..

They are finally forgotten.......
