"Fort Rozz, why?" Kara asked

"Yesterday me and Kara were taking Krypto on a walk, and an alien attacked us becuase Alura Zor-El locked him away, and i was hoping you could shed some more light." Barry asked

"Well all i know just as much as you do about Fort Rozz." Kara said

"Damn it." Barry grunted as he sighed in frustration

"Don't worry Dad." Kara said holding his hand and smiling

"I'm your Dad how can i not worry." Barry said kissing her forehead. Kara and Mon-el both got a call from J'onn and Winn saying there was amoured car heist going on and Supergirl and Valor were needed

"Sorry guys but we gotta head out." Mon-el said hanging up the phone

"It's okay." Kara said smiling. Kara and Mon-el smiled before flying out of the apartment

"Barry seems to be taking this harder then mini you." Mon-el said

"Well she IS his daughter i would be more worried if he was calm." Kara said flying down to the on-going heist

"Dad, can you stop pacing?" Kara asked swinging her legs as she sat on the kitchen counter

"Sorry sweetie, but i need to keep you safe, at all costs." Barry said worriedly.

"Dad i'm going to be okay, because i'm a part of the SuperFlashFrost family." Kara said smiling

"That you are." Barry said smiling as knife flew through the window and hitting the wall

"Kara Zor-El must die." The alien said jumping through the window and throwing a knife at Kara only for it be caught by white lightning

"In your dreams." Barry said dropping the knife and letting his lightning flow throughout his suit and the apartment.

"Let's do this Dad." Kara said launching off the counter and sending a punch into the alien's gut launching him out of the apartment

"Kara sta-" Before Barry could protest another knife flew at Barry but Kara stepped in front letting the knife shatter on her chest

"Superflash team-up?" Kara asked excitedly

"Sure." Barry said smiling as Kara jumped up and down

"Alright lesson one is to never lose focus, one mistake could possibly cost your life or another person's life." Barry said as Kara's expression straightened

"What's the plan Flash?" Kara asked getting ready

"Lightning plus your heat vision, should be enough to knock this guy out." Barry suggested as Kara nodded and took her glasses off

Barry sped around the alien as the alien tried to swing at him only to met with a swift punch to the face. Kara flew up and flared her eyes getting ready to blast him in the chest. Barry sped back to where he was standing and hurled a lightning bolt at the alien as Kara shot her heat vision, their streams crossed hitting the alien in the chest knocking him through a near by concrete wall.

"Nice shot Dad." Kara said landing next to him and putting her glasses on

"Couldn't of done it without you." Barry said side hugging her

"WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO MY WINDOW!!" Kara yelled flying in with Mon-el. Barry and Kara both pointed to the pile of rubble and the hand sticking out from said pile

"Oh." Kara said looking at it then back to Barry and Kara. There victory was short lived as the rubble started to lift and the hand turned into a fist

"Oh crap." Barry said backing up as the alien climbed out

"Two, Kara Zor-El's?" The alien said

"Two birds, one stone."

"Not happening buddy." Barry and Mon-el said locking eyes with the alien

"Go dad you got this." Kara said jumping up and down excitedly

"Supergirl aren't you gonna help." Barry asked his gaze not leaving the alien

"I'll sit this one out." Kara said sitting down on her cape as Kara sat next to her still cheering for her dad.

"Really?" Mon-el said looking at her, in the short moment of Mon-el losing focus a knife was flung straight at his heart but Barry caught it just in time

"How about a taste of your own medicine." Barry said throwing back at lightning speeds. The knife hit the alien in the knee causing him to fall on one knee and in doing so let Mon-el get a solid uppercut on him launching him into the sky

"Kara's you're up." Barry said as both Kara's smiled at each other and flew into the sky above then alien. The Kara's flew in and both hit the alien sending him straight into the street below causing a mini crator.

"Nice punch babe." Mon-el said giving Kara a kiss as Barry covered his Kara's eyes

"Not in front of my daughter who is also your doppelganger." Barry said sternly

"Sorry." Mon-el said as Kara Allen giggled

"Dad, i'm not a little girl anymore." She said

"Even if you're thirty you'll always be my little girl." Barry said kissing her temple

"I know." Kara said hugging her Dad's waist

"Aren't they adorable." Mon-el said smiling at them

"I can't tell which Kara is cuter." Mon-el said stroking his chin as Kara glared at him

"Of course it's my girlfriend, whom i love very much." Mon-el said nervously

"Correct answer." Kara said kissing his cheek

"I love you." Mon-el said smiling at Kara

"I love you too." Kara said giving him a passionate kiss that rivaled that of Barry and Caitlin

"Ewww." Kara Allen said giggling

"Maybe this will be you one day." Kara said shrugging her shoulders

"All boys execpt Dad are gross." Kara pouted

"Wow, just wow." Mon-el said genuinely offended

"Kara, that wasn't nice, say sorry." Barry said as Kara looked back up at him and looked back at Mon-el 

"I'm sorry for saying that your gross." Kara said looking at him

"It's okay, just make sure you add me to your list of non-gross boys." Mon-el joked as everyone laughed.
