"Kya matlab?" Maya asked.
"Listen Maya! Muje samjh Nahi AA Raha hai ke kese Mai Apne aap ko samjhau ke Tumne Jo Rishi ke sath Kia vo justified tha. My mind is entangled in a web of thoughts." Rudra explained.
"Ha Sahi keh rahe ho tum. Galti NHI paap hua hai mujse. Actually mujhe pata hi Nahi Chala ke kab Mai MJ jesa sochne lagi, Karne lagi. Mujhse bahut bada paap hua hai Rudra." Maya started sobbing. She broke down in Rudra's arms. He tried to support her.
"I can understand. Sshh!! Chup ho jao. Tumhari koi Galti Nahi hai Maya. Agar mere sath itna Kuch hua hota, to shayad Mai bhi yahi karta. Or fir sabse badi bat hai ke you regret it. You really regret that deed." He kissed her forehead.
"Par ab MJ Nahi bachega. Use uski galtiyon ki saza to milegi hi" Rudra declared.
"Nahii!! Koi Kuch ESA Nahi krega. Na Mai na tum. Dekho Rudra is badle ki chahat ne mujhe Kaha laakar khada kardia hai. Mai to tumhari maafi ke layak bhi Nahi rahi. Rajeev ko kho dia. Maa bhi almost..!" And she again sobbed at the mere thought of losing her.
"Ab Mai tumhe Nahi kho Sakti. I'm sorry Rudra. Par ab koi revenge Nahi, koi drama Nahi."
"Kaha laakar khada kardia tumhe, haa! Dekho Maya aaj tum mere sath ho. Sahi salaamat. Maa humare sath hai. Bilkul thik. Or fir MJ jese logo ko khula chodkar tum ek or paap karogi. It is the time to act strong. Ghabrao mat." He assured her.
But Maya was reluctant.
"Nahi MATLAB Nahi. Tum Kuch NHI kroge. Mai bhi Kuch NHI krungi. Main ab thak gyi Hu. Rishi ko maarne ka khayal muje har Raat jagaata hai, sirf ek tum ho jiske sath mai sab bhool jati Hu. Har gam har pareshani." She wiped her tears away and made him sit on chair. She sat near his knees and continued :
"Mai sab bhula dungi..sab bhula dungi. In fact..Mai..Mai sab bhulana chahti Hu. Tum ho na! Bas tum yhi rehna mere pas. Mai sab bhul jaungi. Usne muje jitne dard diye hai. Or MJ ko Uske kiye ki saza na mile, yhi MERI saza Hogi Rudra. I'm guilty too. Par Mai bas..bas tumhare sath rehna chahti Hu" she was still sobbing and fumbled time after time.
She held his legs "please Rudra. Help me by not helping me. Koi nafrat NHI, koi badla Nahi. Sirf Rudra aur Maya." She smiled a bit.
"Utho Maya utho! Ye kya Kar rhi ho. Thik hai agar tum yhi chahti ho to yhi Sahi. Par ek bat hum Mumbai me NHI rahenge. Hum Kahi or chale jaenge. Jaha sirf maa tum or Mai honge. Mai us aadmi Ka saaya bhi humpar Nahi Chahta." He hugged her tight and she nodded her head in a yes.
They quietly moved to Delhi, in a two day time. MJ was unaware of all this. He was trying Rudra's phone but to no avail. Meanwhile Rudra and Maya were extremely happy to be finally together.
After almost 6 months separation, which seemed almost 6 years, they have reunited. Their souls have reunited. But this time Rudra was always careful about her. Even a needle was not able to pierce Maya's skin.
They were happy in each others presence, just like kids. It seemed as if the Maya who knew words like revenge, hatred, grief..never existed.
"Tumne muje badal dia hai Rudra. Puri Tarah se"
"Or agar yhi Mai kahu to?"
"Tum Nahi keh sakte kyuki tum Kabhi bure the hi Nahi. Tum hi to ho Jo muje andhere se roshni me le Aaye."
"ESA Kuch bhi Nahi hai"
"ESA hi hai, Tumne Sahi Kaha tha tum vo patthar ho jiski vajah se is Nadi ne apna raasta or manzil dono badal diye" she kissed his lips. And he kissed her back. "I love you Maya"
"I love you Rudra" they claimed to each other, while both of them know that this was just a formality. They have come very much forward from where they left.

Author's Note: hey!! I know it's short, but it's required. The story would have a closure. I know this story is close to our hearts, but an end is necessary. Though it's not happening very soon.
