THEO's POV
"I'm sorry Theo," She strokes my hair.
"I've got to do it myself."
"GAAAH" I awoke by my own yelling voices.
I stare around.
De ja vu, I thought to myself.
This has happened before. Me having a nightmare because of afraid of losing Shai, me screaming and then woke up, and me realizing that I'm in a hospital.
But this time it's different. Somebody is sitting near by my bed.
"Miles," My brows knit together.
"Theo." He greets back.
My mouth was about to shape a million words when he cut off-
"Shai has called me about what happened- She told me to come and accompany you here-"
"Shai has called you??" I ask.
He nods.
"WHEN" My voice raises.
"Yesterday- when you went to hospital and-"
"Yesterday?" I ask myself.
It means she has dissapeared for a day.
"Has she called you again?" I ask, voice keeps raising.
"Theo calm down-"
"I. can't. CALM. DOWN." I shout.
"My girlfriend is somewhere unknown AND SHE's ALONE. She's freaking alone and she is facing a danger that CAN-"
"Theo- man, you should've know her best. Shai is brave-"
"HER BRAVERY-" I cut off.
"HER BRAVERY CAN CAUSE HER DEATH" And I threw the glass out breaking the window; shattering it into pieces.
My breath went unsteady and so did my heartbeat. I feel myself spinning around and I heard Miles's voice calling the doctor.
"Doctor- doctor!!" His voice echoes into my head. My body shook and trembles-
I lay back to my bed and let my mind think of the worst.
I wouldn't know what will happen if I lose her. I wouldn't know what I'd do with my life without her presence. I wouldn't know how will I pass through the days without her smile; without her stories and without her laugh.
I shut my eyes down and let myself whisper to myself,
I can't lose you, Shai.
I wouldn't stand.
