Tom Meeting your Parents | headcannon

- omg he would be so nervous

- I'm pretty sure he'd be shaking when you mentioned it the first time

- "tom, my parents want to meet you."

- "uh-um-m-me?"

- "yes, is everything okay?"

- "I just.. I mean.. I .. uh.."

- he couldn't even form coherent words and you noticed how he was shaking

- "you'll be fine. they'll love you, as much as I love you."

- when he'd finally agree, your parents made sure that everything was clean in the house and everything was in place

- honestly I think you would be the most nervous because you wanted them to love him as much as you loved him

- so honestly there were nerves everywhere

- when it was finally the day, tom could not figure out what to wear

- he would change shirts and shoes every 5 minutes

- and his hair would be sticking up by the time it was time to leave from how much he would run his fingers through it

- since you knew that tom would be nervous as hell, you called harrison to come with you guys

- your parents were really happy to meet the person who had set you guys up in the first place

- so when you guys finally got there, your parents opened the door with hugs and side cheek kisses

- harrison was honestly so happy to meet his best friend's parents

- when they asked you guys about how you met it was so funny

- "so, I y/n and I met when she was at her first movie premier for "baby driver" and tom was kinda watching her from afar-"

- "so anyways I pushed him to her and they talked and boom, the relationship started."

- the tension was gone and it was just laughter and hilarious stories after this

- and, if you had siblings, they would kinda come in and steal some food before leaving to their rooms

- the night progressed and your parents talked and you guys had some fun

- your dad gave tom "the tAlK" and tom was so chill about it

- he was shaking on he inside but he would never say he was

- harrison would make fun of him and you would just smile

- "I approve" your mom would blurt out as your father just nodded

- you and tom were all smiles after this

- even after you went home it was just smiles

- "so, they liked me?"

- harrison would be so happy that he helped bring you guys together
