Chapter 20

Alfie's P.O.V.

I haven't talked to Zoe since this morning when she went to Ariana's to drop off some belongings, so I decided to ring her now.

"Hey baby," she answers.
"Hello my beautiful little one." I hear her giggle,
"Um, Joe has taken Ari on a date today!" she chirps up.
"Where?"
"C'mon babe, can't you just let them have one nice date?"
"No, every chance I get I will dive in and interfere. Now where did they go?"
Zoe sighs, "To a bowling alley two hours away. But this is the last time I'm getting involved in this!" she says before hanging up.

I change into clothes that I hardly ever where so no one recognises me, then I chuck on my big black hooded jumper and white sneakers.

I borrow my mothers car because if Joe sees my car he WILL get suspicious. I take my camera, phone and wallet then leave.

As I'm driving through the country side, I soon catch up to Joe's car. I slow down and put on a white beanie and sunglasses. I'm starting to get nervous, really nervous actually. But my mind gets distracted by Marcus calling me.

"So mate, just wondering you'll be home tonight?" he says, no hello?
"Nah mate, sorry. I'm on a mission."
"Agent Deyes on the case? Ok, well have fun." he jokes before ending the call.

Marcus is my best friend but he never tries to understand how serious I am about ruining Joe's love life.

A/N: Sorry for a short chapter, it's basically a filler. I feel like I could've done much better on this one... anyways!
