Chapter One: Fun and Games!

[Zoe’s POV]

I opened the door to find Harry standing drenched on the doorstep. It was raining heavily outside as he stood there with his face to the ground. I couldn’t help but notice his perfect brown curls dripping with water as his face held an empty expression.

“Why are you here?” I asked confused, as I thought he had mentioned that he had stage practice with the boys for the day. He looked up from the ground and straight into my eyes. The emotion they held was out of control and it took me by surprise. He walked inside towards me and wrapped his arms around me. It had been a few days since I’d seen him last, and I had to admit I’d missed him quite a lot. He was freezing cold and wet but I didn’t let that bother me. I smiled and closed my eyes while he hugged me. His arms were wrapped securely around me as he held me close to him. We were both so innocent and happy together, and he always knew how to make me smile.

“I’m Sorry” Was all that escaped out of his mouth as he buried his face into my shoulder. At the time I didn’t understand why he was apologising, he’d done nothing wrong, well nothing that I knew of. I thought maybe it was because he hadn’t made any time to see me with his busy schedule, so I let it go. He dropped his hands from around my waist and stood back to look at me.

“I hate being away from you.” He said, his eyes looking apologetic. “It’s too hard to concentrate.” He laughed.

“I missed you.” I whispered to him.

“Like crazy!” he finished my sentence as if he knew exactly what I was going to say. I smiled the same old smile he tells me that he adores and in return he smiled back. He leaned in towards me and planted a kiss softly on my lips. I couldn’t help but smile crazily, Its things like this that I found hard to go without when he was away or busy with the band. We were soon interrupted when Liam walked in the front door followed by Louis, Niall and Zayn. He walked past us giving Harry a light nudge on the shoulder.

“You two need to cut this out, Public displays of affection really aren’t my thing.” Liam laughed as he walked up the stairs behind us. I flashed Harry a look of disappointment, I’d only seen him for a few hours in the past week, and now I’m not even allowed to kiss him? Although I couldn’t help but laugh at how serious Liam had sounded. Harry returned a look as if to say, ‘that won’t be happening’ and followed Liam and the other boys up the stairs.

“You do know this is my house, so it isn’t really a public display” He chuckled at his reply as he made his way to the cupboard and reached for a towel.

I decided I would give Harry some time to dry off and change, and so I went and sat on the lounge continuing to watch the movie that had been interrupted when Harry had come home. There was only a little bit left to watch so I decided finish it. A few minutes later after the movie had ended there was another knock at the door, I got up off of the lounge curious as to see who was there and headed towards the door but Louis had beaten me to it. I stood there waiting to see who it was, Louis opened the door and standing on the doorstep was Liam’s girlfriend Rachael, Niall’s girlfriend Emily, and finally Louis girlfriend Caitlin. All of them happened to be my best friends and it was then that I remembered they had mentioned to me yesterday that they would all come over and hang out for a while today. “Hey Baby, I missed you” Louis said smiling at Caitlin as she welcomed herself into the house followed by Emily and Rachael. “Hey, I missed you too!” She smiled back as he wrapped his arms around her shoulders and pulled her in for a hug.
