Your eyes opened quickly, you didn't realize you had fallen asleep laying there but now it was night time. The room was completely black you could barely see the ceiling fan. You sat on the edge of your bed not knowing what to do, but quickly an idea popped into your head.

You got up and grabbed the little leather book, it was a journal Daryl had picked up on a run for you. Sneaking out was pretty easy Daryl was a heavy sleeper, you could slam the front door and he wouldn't even wake up.

But there was no reason for slamming doors, the only thing you had to do was get upstairs into the bathroom. The steps weren't that much of a problem. Once you had gotten to the bathroom you climbed out the window onto the roof.

You leaned on the house giving you a good view of the moon. You drew different moons and wrote down some quotes you had made up. It was peaceful up here, the wind was blowing making the leaves in the trees make a ruffling noise. You could hear crickets at some points, if it got really quite you could hear things running around in the forest outside of the walls.
