Chapter 79 - Bye Bye Asshole

Jacobs P.O.V:
"A...A baby." I whisper as I run my fingers through my thick dark hair. "He...He got...That Bastard got her pregnant. That bastard..." I whisper as I rub my hand over my face. "You knew and you didn't think to tell me?" I say as I turn to my closest childhood friend.

"I only found out recently." Nicklaus says.

"It doesn't matter when you found out. You should have fucking come to me!" I shout.

"Jake. I told Nick not to tell anyone." Tessa says quickly.

"Where are you going?" Leonardo asks.

"Jacob. Where the hell are you going?" Alexander says as he steps infront of me. He's the last person I want to see right now. I walk past him, knocking his shoulder with mine as they all call after me.

"Jake! Court starts in 10 minutes!" I hear Liam shout but choose to ignore him as I turn a corner. I stop in my tracks when I see the huge crowd through the glass window. There's no way I can go outside.

"Damn it." I mutter under breath before I walk into the gents toilets.

I take out the box of cigarettes and take one out before I place it between my lips as I look for my lighter. I promised Madison that I would stop and I haven't touched a cigarette in 5 months but right now, I don't give a fuck.

I blow the smoke out in the air and let out a sigh as I lean against the black tiled walls. I know, I shouldn't be mad. I should stand next to Tessa and support her. I should be sitting right next to her. But if she told us about that baby before hand then none of this would have happened.

If she didn't keep the baby as a secret than we could have done a DNA test to prove that it's that assholes baby and he would have already been behind bars and we wouldn't have gone through this.

Then again, I should have believed my baby sister over that bastard...

I quickly straighten up at the sound of Gayle's lawyers voice. I walk into the small closet and close the door, making sure to leave a tiny gap so I can hear him more clearly. I clench onto the metal handle at the sound of Gayle's voice.

Keep calm, Jacob. Keep calm...

"With a baby involved...You're looking up to 20 years." The lawyer says.

"Jesus.." I hear Gayle mumble.

"I can bring it down to 15 if he doesn't expect your payment." The lawyer says.

"That's not good enough!" Gayle shouts, making me clench my jaw as I tighten my grip around the handle. "Just pay him more!" Gayle adds.

"We payed him 1.5 million after we-" The lawyer starts but gets cut off.

"I am worth millions!" Gayle shouts.

"And Tessa Black is almost worth a billion." The lawyer says sternly.

"What?" Gayle says in confusion.

"Tessa payed the judge." The lawyer says.

Damn it! They weren't supposed to know this! Us brothers got together and put our money together. We paid the judge 2.5 million dollars and he accepted it. Tessa doesn't know about this and neither do her fiancé, Karla, Chris and Nick.

"How much?" Gayle asks.

"2...2.5 million." The lawyer sighs. Gayle lets out a loud groan as he turns his back towards the lawyer.

"Get out...and call my sons." Gayle says.

"About that." The lawyer practically squeaks. "You're oldest son Matthew hasn't showed up yet." He says, making Gayle quickly turn to face him.
