[A/N So much drama in this chapter. Warning: This chapter contains a lot of swearing and violence as well.

Pic to the side is Chase again. I like this one better than the one I put up in the second chapter.

P.S This chapter was going to be rated as R because of the amount of swearing so I censored a bit. :P

P.P.S Yes, I know it's only been a few days since the last update. What can I say? I work fast. :P]

I was washing my hands in the washroom, when I heard the sound of the door opening, followed by soft footsteps. I turned to see Lia standing there. When she saw me, she shuffled her feet slightly and nodded at me.

“Hey.”

I raised an eyebrow at her, “Hi?”

“Umm… I’m sorry about yesterday… I was just –“

“Jealous?” I asked bluntly, which made her blush.

“It’s just – I know Luke and I aren’t together anymore but I can’t help –“

I waved her sentence away, “It’s fine. Everyone gets jealous sometimes. So, you broke up but you’re still friends?”

“Yeah, he broke up with me but said if I wanted him around he’d still be my friend and I guess I still get possessive even though I know I have no right to. So, am I forgiven?”

I nodded at her and she smiled at me. She really was pretty, there was no need to deny it. I can be straight and still appreciate a girl’s looks.

Lia opened her arms and stepped forward to hug me but I stopped her, “I don’t do hugs. Especially since we’re not like friends or anything.”

She looked hurt for a second but nodded then said, “We could be.”

I shook my head, “You don’t actually believe that. You’re just trying to be nice. And as heartwarming as that is, you and I both know we won’t be friends.”

Lia looked at me with a sort of respect, “Agreed. So see you around Cass?”

“See ya Lia,” I returned before walking out of the bathroom.

I had English now, so I walked to class and opened the door just as the bell rang.

“Hey Cass!” Mr. Bell, I mean, Joey, greeted me. He had told us not to call him Mr. Bell because it made him sound like a crabby old man. Currently, he was trying to juggle a bunch of erasers.

May I just say, awesome teacher!

“Hey Joey. Nice.” I said, commenting on his skill. He grinned at me in response, making him lose his concentration. The erasers bounced off his head and landed on the ground. I sniggered along with the rest of the class as I went and took my seat.

“And then you disappoint,” I said, shaking my head as he picked the erasers off the floor, and returned them to the students he had borrowed them from.

“Well not all of us can do a backflip off of a rope,” He said, grinning knowingly.

“This is true,” I nodded at him, smirking.

“Right then, class!” Joey called the class to attention and with a serious expression said, “I want a thousand word essay on why it’s rude to distract people while they’re juggling stationary.”

The whole class burst out laughing just as the door opened and Dean sauntered in, shutting the door behind him. What was he doing here?

“Dean! What’re you doing here? I think I had enough of the three of you last year,” Mr. Bell teased him.
