Haymitch got himself a plate of what looked like grilled cheese.
" Grilled cheese for breakfast?" Rose asked. Jack chuckled.
" It ain't grilled cheese, Rosie cheeks. It's roasted toast with egg in the middle." Haymitch replied, stuffing one whole piece in his mouth. Rose covered her cheeks.
" So, Rosie, tell us about yourself." Jack asked. Rosie took a small pause. What could they possibly want to know? Everyone looked at her.
" Uhh.. Okay. Well, I have a brother, who's 11. My mom and dad are Peeta and Katniss Mellark, well my mom was Katniss Everdeen until she married my dad. And-" Rose was cut off by Haymitch.
" Peeta and Katniss are your parents?" Haymitch asked, he stopped eating, but his mouth was half full. Rose nodded. Haymitch spit out the rest of his food.
" I used to be their mentor. " Haymitch said.
" Ohhhh yeah! My mom described you as the guy who bathes in alcohol.. I think that's just about right." Rose added. Jack and Emily started cracking up.
" Sounds like Katniss."
