just to be clear before I start this fanfic I don't know if this is real or if this is something that has happened before but this story is fiction. all the medical stuff and my descriptions I use to describe Adeline's life are all fiction. I don't know if doctors use these terms or not or whatever but it's all fiction.
another thing, this story is kind of like the fault in our stars with how the girl has problems with her lungs and then there's some other stuff too but that's just how I wanted the story to go.
