***SAMS POV***

I hardly even knew the new side Hayes that had come to develop. All this time I had only been denying that I was still in love with him, because the truth is that he was still the boy I use to know, I was only pushing him away to keep myself safe from love. I know now that loving Hayes was the best feeling I have ever known and it is worth feeling again, even if it means it may be a little different the second time around.
Hayes is all I want. He is everything that is good in a person, he may be a little rough around the edges but that does not overcome the fact that he is the best person in my life. It wasn't just by chance that we ran into each other again, it was meant to happen and all this time I didn't want to see that.

***HAYES POV***

Sam's face was blank, but I knew she was thinking about everything between us and the choices that lead to this moment.
"Come on," I said, extending my hand for her to hold "I'll take you home."
She looked at me with big, innocent eyes. I knew she was worried that her decision was only hurting me, which it may have but it wasn't a problem. I will always wait for her, all I need is for Sam to be happy. I would wait for her until the day I die if that's what it takes.
Sam finally locked her fingers with mine to go back to her dorm.
The hall way was empty and quiet, all that was hear was the sounds of of shoes walking across the halls.

***SAMS POV***

I turned to my door to unlock the handle. I kept a steady hand even as I felt Hayes standing directly behind me, puffing his warm breath down my neck. I was trying and trying to not shake, and to move faster, but couldn't under his intimidation. I flinched when I felt his hand lay on my hips from behind me. Finally I turned the key in the lock, grab the door knob, and opened the door.
The room had not a single light on, Taylor was gone, and not a sound could be heard other than the creek of opening door.
Hayes stepped to my side and let himself in. I watched his feet walk across the floor, into my room, as I followed in just enough to be inside and close the door. I was standing close to the door with my eyes to my shoes while I kicked them aside. I raised my arm to hit the light switch, but Hayes stepped close to me and took my hand away before I could, so the room remained dark. He brought my hand back down to my side while taking hold of my other hand as well. I slowly raised my eyes to him. His face held a dark shadow from the small amount of light coming through the shades. His hair just hardly fell in front of his eyes. I took my hand to his chest, on his black shirt, just to feel his heart beating at a soft pounding under his chest rising and falling with the pace of his breath. My eyes followed the tips of my fingers as the slowly moved down a line along his body, but stopping at the top of his pants and freezing in place.
I felt my heart thumping in my chest as Hayes took hold of my hands and brought them to rest on his shoulders. His own hands fell the my sides, ever so slightly sliding down to take hold of my hips. Hayes pressed his fingers into my skin and pulled my body to his. I bit my lip at the feeling of his hands finding their way to hold on my behind. I looked to the side, not being able to look at his blue eyes. I felt his smooth lips on my neck, softly kissing but soon leading to using his teeth. I tried to not grip my fingers into his shoulders, but failed at the feeling of Hayes leaving a mark on my neck. I heard him chuckle in my ear.
Hayes began to move his hand just below my hips. He moved slow. I looked at him with a sign to say it was ok, as I slipped my hands under his shirt along his warm body.
I kissed him.
