Chapter 17 ~ Carry It Out

I landed the ship at the resistance base. I ran off leaving Ben behind, I quickly forced tears and ran into the building where I used to stay. I saw Rey and I ran to her. She looked at me surprised, I hugged her and sobbed

"Rey you were right all along the dark side is horrible" I said and she hugged me back

"It's okay what happened" she asked

"Kylo tried to kill me but luckily I got him while he was sleeping I have him captive" I said wiping my tears

"Oh my gosh let's go get him" Rey said and called for Chewy. We all ran out to the ship and climbed on board. There sat Ben all tied up, I felt bad but we had to do this. Rey helped me lift him up he was pretending to be asleep to make it easier for us.

"Where is everybody" I asked

"They all are figuring out what to do with this resistance member that turned on us" Rey sighed

"Oh gee I am sorry" I said and Rey nodded

"It's not your fault I'm glad you back" Rey said

"Me too" I replied and forced a smile. We carried Ben into a cell and locked him in, Rey gave me his light saber and put me on watch while she informed the others about Ben.

"Tonight I'll get you out and we will kill everyone in here" I whispered quietly in case any droids were listening

"Okay" Ben said sliding up against the wall

Time skip

It was night time and everyone was asleep. Except for Ben and I, I got up and disabled all cameras and security leaving everyone's door unlocked.

"Okay we need to make sure the droids don't do anything" I said and Ben nodded stepping out of his cell. I threw him his light saber and we walked towards where all the droids stay

"Okay hold on Ill deactivate them" Ben said, I nodded and looked around while I heard faint beeping from the droids "okay they are off" Ben said

"Okay so you take the rooms on the right I'll take them on the left" I said and Ben nodded heading to the first room. I walked into mine and saw Ffin sleeping. Not too hard I mean I never really knew the guy. I turned on my light saber and pushed it down through his chest. He didn't move but he stopped breathing so I moved on.

The next room was Chewy's I had to look away. I liked him but he was loud so I cut him in half. Or I think I did I didn't look I got out as fast as possible.

The last room was Poe's he was our best pilot. I thought nothing of him, I sliced his head off in one swift movement and walked out, Ben had already gotten done. I smiled and we ran back to the ship from which we came from. The cool air felt nice against my skin.

"Wow that was very anti climatic" Ben said as we started up our ship.

"It was but I kind of feel bad" I admitted Ben put and arm around me

"It's okay they were going to get in our way just brush it off" Ben said in a comforting tone, I smiled weakly and kissed him on the cheek and we took off. We flew for a while before reaching the Star Destroyer again. I was tired, from killing and dragging Ben around. When we walked in the doors of the house I immediately ran upstairs and into our bedroom. I climbed onto the bed and exhaled sharply.

"What a day" I said

"What a day" Ben agreed joining me on the bed as I drifted off to sleep.
