Chapter VI: Freedom Ain't Tireless

♠Sapphira's P.O.V.♠ 

     It was getting late, the moonlight glowed brighter than ever as the soft streak of the winds held my wrists. I pulled my phone out as I went to check out the time, god! It was 6:30! I'd better get home now before they prepare the tables at 6:45 or even worse, start dinner at 7 without me. I knew I'd be dead if I won't make it to dinner, so I got up from my place and gave Johhny as goodbye kiss on his cheek and went off. I slowly made it to the road as I moved closer to the border area, where a lot of taxis could be found, occupied or unoccupied. When the wind's breeze blew stronger, I started wlaking briskly as my heart was pounding in nervousness. I looked back at Johhny by the distance as I caught him give me a flying kiss, I did the same, and made that romantic gaze at him before walking away again. I arrived at the border area, a train has just passed by and there have been no taxis since I arrived there. As the train has just passed, I decided to take the train instead. The station was just a few meters from my location, so might as well go to the nearby station.

     I bought tickets at a neaby ticket machine and ran to the train before it could leave I arrived on time, and boarded the train in relief. I pulled my phone out again to check on the the time, my, it was 6:48 PM. The train ride to Saltwood Plaza Grand Station was about 5 minutes, and it was the closest station to the estate. I sat down as passengers left, and began worrying. While waiting to arrive at the destination, I tilted my head as my heart began feeling so soft again that Johnny just popped out of my mind, it was the start of the kiss of romance. I was just getting so away from reality as the passion of love just drowned me.

     We were in the next station, and I didn't care about the number of people just exiting the express. I fell down the seat as I snapped out, I read the statio name. "Saltwood Plaza" The sign read, I widened my eyes and stood up immediately. I ran to the door as it just shut close. Oh no, it would be another mile till' I arrive at the next station. I banged the door as I screamed in agitation with my voice echoing through the seemingly empty train car. I heard a can of soda fall down, it just rolled upon my feet. I turned my head slowly as I was still leaning on the door I banged. I slowly traced where the can came from, shit, there was a mother and a child still on board. I just cal my self down and sat down till' I arrived at the next station. I checked my phone, it was already 6:59, and I'll be surely a double-dead meat when I get home.

     I arrive at the next station, it was just 3 miles ahead to the estate. I waited till' I got a taxi and finally directed the driver to my home. The streets were just so dark, but I still adored the lovely gaze of the moon, even the darkest alleys were lit brightly that night. Arriving home, I payed the taxi as I immediately got off and ran to the entrance. It was 7:04 PM, the doors opened for me as the butlers welcomed me home.

     "Ahhh... Madame Rachelle... Good evening! You ar~r~re right on time for dinnah'!!!" Once of them exclamied then I was like "Huuuh???" Then they told me the time was just 6:58. WUUUT?!?!?! How the fuck did that happen??? My phone said it's 7??? I ran to the lounge and just threw my things over the sofa as I gaze at the grandfather clock to check the time. Yes, it was just about to be 7. I ran to Spencer's opened room upstairs and took a glimpse on his digital alarm clock, yes, it was just 7. I facepalmed myself as I did everything just to get home on time, I wasted money for train tickets and even banged the door angrily in embarassment, I was just so disappointed if myself. I went downstairs once more as I went to have dinner with the family .

     They welcomed me as they started to say grace. We ate our dinner as our family interviewed us with our first day of freedom in the open world. Hell no, Spencer just took the spotlight and began telling an eternal page od stories. It gave me advantage, I never wanted to tell anyone about my secret trip Uptown. As Spencer was done with his mile-long novel, the family asked me as I made lies on going to my friend's birthday party and even exclaiming it to be awesome. I sighed, that was close. After dinner, I immediately washed my face as I brushed my teeth and tucked myself for the cold night. The moon's light was protruding from the little opening on my curtains, I just fell in love again as thoughts of Johnny just came to me... My prince... I love you... Just can't wait till' we both meet again...
