~ Chapter 6 ~ Sovereigns Wield Feelings Too

~ Neuvillette's Perspective ~

As I walked into my office, I was greeted by the same Teal and Blue colored walls an Gold rimmed windows. I just sighed as I just wished I could go back to where I previously was the last 438 years.

" NEUVILLETTE!!!." Furina shouted

I let out a big sigh before I saw a women dressed in all blue break through my door and barge into my office.

" Morning to you to Furina."

" Tsk. Leave morning I haven't told you all the details about this trial tommorw."

" Oh- alright perhaps you can tell me now?" I asked

" Yea no Sh*t what do you think I came here to do."

" What is the case about Furina."

" Well the second Harbinger accompanying Arlecchino is Pierro." She said worriedly

" Hmm- isn't he First of all the Harbingers?" I pointed out

" That's the thing.. He can tear this whole nation into shreds if he wants too." Furina exclaimed

" Shreds?  I highly doubt that one.. Furina your forgetting I'm a Sovereign."

" Well you can't bring your dragonistic forms out when there will be People watching this trial."

" You make a valid point. But should anything occur that bad, I will do what's necessary."

" I hear you." She said

" Furina if I may ask why are they coming to Fontaine for their Justice."

" Neuvillette we are the nation for justice. It's only our job.." She retorted

" Im positive I am sure of us being the nation of Justice, but in order for a trial to happen with outsiders. The outsiders must be unhappy with a certain someone in the region of Fontaine."

Furina kept quiet and her head faced the floor.

" Furina." I said Sternly

" What!?" She shouted

" Who are they Protesting against?" I asked again

She only kept quiet nor did she look at me in the face.

" Furina, if you do not tell me full information about this trial I have just enough power to suspen-."

" its ME Okay? there protesting against me.." she said softly

" I beg your Pardon."

I was stunned to see the fatui protest against Furina since she hasn't done anything that could have angered them.

" Look Neuvillette, there suspecting that I'm not the real Hydro Archon. And their holding a trial about it to execute me if I am proven guilty.."

" I must say they are wasting our time for this. Because I know for a fact you are the hydro archon of Fontaine." I explained

" Exactly! So you should go and Prove it to them." She shouted nervously

" I will try my utmost best Furina." 

" Thanks Neuvillette, Now get on with your preparation you don't have much time left." She warned

Furina then left my office.

And then I was left puzzled on why the Fatui would think she isn't an archon, it just doesn't make sense as to why they would think that. But that aside I have a whole stack of papers that needed to be signed for tomorrows trial.
