~ Chapter 5 ~ The Sovereign Returns

~ Earlier That Evening ~

"Ah- the hydro dragon returns at last!." Furina exclaimed

" Evening Furina." Neuvillette responded, with a cold expression

~ Neuvillette's Perspective ~

Well here I find myself back in Fontaine again.. When I think to myself I don't feel much happiness to being back here.

" So where did you go my dear Ludex." Furina asked

" Like I said before Furina, that's not your business." I retorted

" Um- your missing something here Neuvillette, your walking into my nation. I deserve and explanation to where you have been."

" Furina it's not your business."

" Hah! I am the hydro Archon, Focalors I deserve and will get an explanation, Just not now."

I stared at her in complete blankness. Just as I was about to leave the entrance of the Opera, And head to my office I felt a pair of arms wrap around me.

It was Furina she was well, I don't know what she was doing but it was extremely Uncomfortable. And I didn't really like what she was doing.

I used a stream of hydro to pull her away from whatever she was doing.

" what the hell Neuvillette can't take a hug or something?" She shouted

Oh a hug that's what it's called.. Interesting.

" I do not like what you were doing to me Furina." I explained

" You have no feelings Neuvillette." She scoffed

It's not that I don't have feelings.. it's just I struggle to know what and how to feel. I thought to myself.

Just as Furina was just about to start Talking again, I caught sight of a figure, sitting down on a bench near the Fountain of Lucine, that figure lifted it's. Head up as if it has caught site of something towards Furina and I's direction.

Immediately I teleported me and Furina to the entrance of the Palais Mermonia. Not caring how she would react.

" NEUVILLETTE! WHAT THE HELL?" Furina screamed

" Someone could see us Furina." I explained

" Doesn't matter. You could have atleast warned me."

" I apologize Furina."

" Stupid Dragon." She mumbled

I couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed in myself after she made that comment. I was always trying my best to be the best Person.. well Dragon as I could be. Furina then left to go home, and then I found myself in my office doing paperwork as usual.

As I got to the last 10 pages of paperwork, I couldn't help but think of who that person was at the Fountain Of Lucine. But didn't think about it too much because I didn't want to confuse myself to much. Time came and I finished all my papers then headed to my House In the other parts of Fontaine.

As. I got home I was reminded again of that figure at the fountain. But lost that thought quickly. After realizing that the court case I have come to lead, is with 2 Fatui Harbingers. But I didn't know the second Harbinger coming.

I went to my bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror, all I could see is a Worthless work of a Dragon Sovereign.
