Me: "Hey can I speak to you really quick?"
Them: "Sure, what's up?
Me: "Ok, I know this is random and it's weird, but I am in love with you. It's not normal for me to feel this way about anyone and it is so strong. It's mushy but I think about you all the time, I write poetry about you, I dream about you. I'm not maniacally obsessed with you, but you make me a happier, better person, just by being around me; and I'm starting to fall in love with who I'm becoming too."
Them: "oh... I am not... you know-"
Me: "gay..."
Them: "That! Yeah! I'm sorry, you're really cool and nice and I would really like to still be your friend, but I just don't see you that way. We can still be friends though."
Me: "YES! It's no biggie I just feel like I needed to say it to get it off my chest ...."
Them: "No, of course. I understand, I've felt that way before."
Me: "Well okay, see you later man."
Them: "See ya."
