Ive finally found you.
Effortlessly smiling as you look at the sky,
That's one of the things I love about you.
I haven't really given you much of a name,
Though to me you deserve one more than anyone else.
My last lost lover who'll never remember my name.
I really hope you forget...
I know for a fact I won't... I NEED to remember this... all of this.
I've searched a thousand lifetimes
A thousand scenarios where we are happiest
They all end up with one of us hurt
Not reaching our full potential.
I think the problem is that i thought you could only be happy with me.
So i only searched for my happiness
But maybe what matters is that the ones you love are happy....
And maybe that'd be enough.
But until then,
Until im happy i have a job to do.
That job is to live for me.
Find some "okayness" knowing your job was to be,
Happy without me.
Maybe with time i could grow to love again,
And maybe youd be happier.
