I watched as Philly played the game, we were in my bed while he played the game. I just laid on him, and watched. I didn't mind, either. I actually liked it.

Earlier in the day we went out on a date, well two dates. But those dates didn't determine if I'll be his girlfriend, or not. "Jack?"

"Hmmm?" I hummed in response, "I think I, want to stop going to AA?"

"Why Philly?" I asked him, "I just don't want to, go anymore. It's not doing, anything for me honestly." He's sober which is good, I think there's more to it.

"What's the reason, why you started going to AA?" I asked him, trying to understand him. "There's no reason, I just think it's not really doing anything for me."

"I see."

"I mean you can, still go without me. But I'll be straight." Like I was gonna stop going, because he's not. As if! All jokes aside if he doesn't, go anymore that's fine. I'm still going regardless, I made a promise to myself to not slip up. Not for me, but for Felix.

So if attending AA and staying sober, helps me not relapse then so be it. "Okay."

After he got off the game, we just laid in bed in silence. I was on my phone, mindlessly scrolling through instagram. I wasn't tired, I just needed a distraction for the moment.

I sighed and locked my phone, before setting it aside. I turned around as my front was facing, Philly who was facing the wall now. I turned away, before sitting up fully. I pulled the covers aside, and got outta bed.

I walk towards my door and open it, before walking down the hallway and head downstairs. As I'm approaching the kitchen, I notice Felix in there making herself something to snack on.

"What's up Jack," she tiredly greets me, while cutting her sandwich in half. "Hey, why're you up right now?"

"Got hungry, finna go back to sleep. What about you?" She asked me, as I went into the fridge for something to drink. "Got thirsty." She takes a bite out of her sandwich, before looking dead at me.
