2 months ahead.

I stare at the semi empty fridge & sigh once again. This is my 30th time opening the refrigerator door thinking food will magically appear.

Mateo is out grocery shopping & I'm home doing nothing. I woke up later than usual & he wasn't in bed, he left me a small note saying he's out getting groceries. He's been out for a few hours now.

I shut the refrigerator door & head into the living room plopping down on the couch. The doctor came by a few weeks ago & did an ultrasound. He told Mateo & I that we're having twins. I almost fainted when I saw two creatures on the screen.

Mateo on the other hand was the happiest man alive. He hasn't stopped smiling since. He wakes up with a smile & goes to bed with a smile. I find it so funny & beautiful because this man is so happy about us having twins. I've never seen him so happy.

There's a knock at the door & I quickly stand sprinting towards the front door. I open the door revealing Rosa & Vanessa, wide smiles plastered on their faces.

Mateo stands behind them with multiple grocery bags in his hands.

I step aside & they walk in. Mateo leans down & places a soft kiss on my lips before walking pass me & heads into the kitchen.

"I apologize for taking so long, I went to go pick up these creatures." Mateo speaks & I smile nodding. He heads back outside & Vanessa pulls me into a warm hug, I smile.

Rosa then joins & places a small kiss on my cheek.

"You're glowing." Rosa whispers & I smile.

They pull away & they head into the living room as I head into the kitchen. Mateo walks back in with more bags & I wait patiently for him to set them down before hugging him.

He wraps his arms around me & lifts me off the ground placing multiple kisses on my face making me smile.

"Hey baby." He smiles, his deep voice sending vibrations straight to my pussy.

"Hi." I speak softly. He puts me down gently & he hands me a jar of pickles, my heart jumping in joy.

"Thank you!" I shout & he chuckles. He lands a harsh slap on my ass making me whimper in response.

I walk away & head back into the living room seating beside Rosa & Vanessa with a jar of pickles, a wide smile plastered on my face.

"You're pregnant." Rosa speaks & I stare at her with wide eyes.

"Um." I clear my throat.

"Don't lie, I know." Rosa smiles & I nibble on my bottom lip.

"OH MY GOD!" Vanessa shouts & I jump in surprise. She pulls a me into a hug & I smile quickly hugging her back never putting down the jar of pickles.

She pulls away & Mateo walks into the living room with a smile. I stand & he takes a seat pulling me down on his lap. He opens the jar for me & I automatically dig in, the taste of pickles putting my mind at ease.
