Deep down in her mind, Alexis knew the Mikaelson were convened up in the farmhouse, but for a moment as she stepped into the front porch and curled her hand around the doorknob, she forgot. She stepped into the house after a two hour trip from New Orleans to the lonely city of Theodore, Alabama.
The house stood practically in the middle of nowhere so it was at least another hour until she reached the place with a car she borrowed on the road after having to leave one of Marcel's, she had to take precaution in case it had some type of GPS.
"Honey! I'm home!" she called like every other time she entered the house, the big box that she brought from Marcel's penthouse was secured in her arms as she strode further into the house, walking around the front wall to get to the back door that led to the immense backyard.
She noticed the door open, Hayley stood against the doorframe with one hand curled around Hope's shoulders, whom at the sound of her aunt's voice hastily turned around "Aunt Lexi!" she exclaimed happily.
"Hey!" Alexis greeted as she reached the door prompting Hayley to step into the porch as Hope hugged her aunt's tall frame. She caressed her back before she felt the pair of eyes staring back at her, her icy blue eyes shifted up and noticed the four Mikaelson siblings standing in a line, not really knowing what to do at her sudden presence.
