ᴍᴀɴɪᴘᴜʟᴀᴛᴇᴅ, ᴡɪʟʙᴜʀ sᴏᴏᴛ

𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐓𝐘 𝐒𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍

A/n: I WENT TO SEE HAMILTON AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY EPIC, THE CAST WAS POG EVEN THOUGH I LOVE THE ORIGINAL CAST. Also it is like 2 almost 3 am and my editing might not be the best

WILBUR'S POV:

Earlier I had read the Declaration of Independence to boost our moods and bring confidence to our spirits but we couldn't help but be nervous. Dream and his party shot warning arrows into our nation, trying to intimidate us. I will not be tamed so easily, no. I have something to fight for. My nation, my friends and my family, these people need me to be strong for them.

Not so long ago we had fought with them, with both our battles being successful with Dreams team retreating after raining fire on our troops. We got back in the middle of the night, the lights on in the van. Y/n appears outside the door and rushes towards us, she held a relieved expression. She ran up to us and tackled me in a hug, hugging her back with just as much eager.

"Your all finally back and safe! I'm so glad your all alright! Did any of you get hurt?" She makes her way around us checking each man before hugging everyone individually. I wonder how long she had waited for us to return. After she made sure everyone was alright, Y/n walked back into the van shortly and came out in a spare un enchanted diamond chest plate and a belt of healing potions. She smirked and insisted on going where ever they were next, calling herself the designated 'healer' of the group. After a min of my constant refusal, Tommy convinced me to let her come. I couldn't help but chuckle at her sticking her tongue out at me, rubbing it in my face playfully.

Eret explained that he had a 'secret weapon' that he had been grinding for, he led us to a secret room hidden in one of the hills.

"I've got stuff for everyone, even Y/n. It's mostly armour, weapons and potions to upgrade our sources."  Eret informed us of the contents which got everyone excited, including me. Thanks to Eret, we can finally have an advantage, a fighting chance.

"Eret this is so kind of you." Y/n praised him for his efforts in helping us, Eret looked back with a weird expression and thanked her. Odd.

Everyone made there way down the tunnel into a small obsidian room with chests lining the walls with each of our names on them. A wooden button laid central on the floor. I walk over to the chest with my name on it, opening the chest to see what I expected to be filled to the brim with supplies was,

Empty.

"Eret, there empty." Before I could react to what was happening, Tommy pushed the button which opened hidden spaces in the walls with Dream's team in full netherite gear ambushing us. The slashing of enchanted swords came crashing down on our shields and weapons overpowering us.

"EVERYONE OUT NOW!" I scream over the chaos rising, Tommy and Tubbo run for their lives getting slashed on their way escaping George and Sapnap, Y/n dodged Dreams arms trying to trap her as I make a run for it taking her arm with me. She stops in the door way,

"WAIT! FUNDY GRAB MY HAND!" In the spans of seconds, Y/n gripped Fundy's hand dragging him in front of her and into me propelling us forward with her at the end. Her scream pierces my ears, she sprints forward behind us causing us to run faster than we we're already running. As everyone bolts their way out of the tunnel, the loud voice of Eret echoes off the walls,

"Down with the revolution boys, It was never meant to be!" We make it out of the tunnel, heaving in gulps of air, trying to catch our breaths. Tommy still high on adrenaline, runs back up to the hole in the hill and rips chunks of dirt down to cover the entrance. He kicks the dirt over and over again, getting his anger out of his system but failing miserably.

Tubbo is in complete shock and stands there watching Tommy abuse the hill, Fundy gets up off the ground still breathing heavily while holding Y/n's hand.

She stands there breathing deeply staring at the floor with wide eyes, her legs shake viscously and I spot red seeping into her clothes behind her back. Before I can rush to her aid she collapses to the floor, One of the healing potions shatter on impact. Fundy softens her fall, holding her in his arms while he panics over her,

"Y/N?! SHIT, HEY STAY WITH ME!" Fundy frantically shakes her, I dive to her side. Fuck!

"Y/N!"

The gash is deep, blood spews out of it at an alarming rate, I lift up her hips to grab onto the remaining three healing potions on her belt. My hands shake violently as adrenaline shoots through my veins, she need me help NOW! Tommy and Tubbo yell in the background, I try to tune them out while I open the healing potions, I whisper an apology before pouring the liquid over the gash. Her eyes shoot open and she shrieks. The scream that erupts from her mouth brings me to tears, it was full of agony. She's in so much pain, but I can't stop, she needs to heal faster.

Tubbo and Tommy behind us are sobbing into each others arms out of worry, Tubbo covering his ears to stop from hearing her screaming. Her screaming continued until the last potion was drained into her wound, the skin on each side of the slash slowly start to stitch into each other creating a new layer of skin.

And a very large scar. 

THIRD PERSON'S POV:

Fundy held Y/n in his arms even after Wilbur had to leave with Dream in an attempt at a negotiation, Tommy and Tubbo stayed close as well. Everything was in shambles, Fundy cradled her and Tubbo stroked her hair as a form of comfort of the pasted out girl. Tommy fumed by Tubbo's side, furious for his friends and the girl beside him, they all were traumatised by the events that they experienced today.

Wilbur did his best to explain L'manberg didn't want anymore blood shed in the calmest way he could despite being outraged inside. When Dream and Wilbur made their way back to L'manberg, Wilbur didn't shy away from insulting Dream a little which only made Dream amused. Dream also wasn't the happiest about Y/n getting hurt the way she did and did his own damage to Punz who inflicted the pain. Although Dream wasn't about to stop now, he still had the upper hand and something Wilbur nor the rest knew about.

They return to the walls of L'manberg and come across Fundy, Tommy, Tubbo and Y/n still there. Tommy and Tubbo now stood up to see Wilbur and ask what was going on, Wilbur explained,

"Look, Dream has given us an ultimatum, and I want you guys to resound with me our answer." He walks up to Fundy who is now standing and still carrying Y/n in his arms, he pushes hair out of her face before continuing.

"He has said that if we do not rescind our ownership of this land then he will light this piece of TNT." Tubbo and Tommy look at each other in disbelief and Fundy steps further away from where the TNT is placed.

"Now gentlemen and gentlelady, I want you to stand along side me here," Wilbur gathers Tubbo, Tommy and Fundy in a line with Fundy being the furthest from the TNT,

"Independance or death. If we get no revolution, then we want nothing." Wilbur made his decision right then and there.

"We would rather die than give in and join your smp Dream. You can blow up one piece of TNT all you want but it means nothing to us." And without hesitation, Dream takes his flint and steal, lighting the fuse. Wilbur tells the rest of them to step back but hears more than one hissing sound. Wilbur then realised what Dream had done but before he could tell them to run, everything exploded underneath them.
