Jamie part 1

Im walking through the building and I'm on the phone.
"Yeah I'll call you once I'm there, she's probably sleeping because she was so tired last night" I say ....."okay bye"

I head up through the elevators and walk down the hall

I arrive at her door and notices it's about 2 inches open
"Why would she leave her door open?"

I open the door and what I find is enough to make me sick.
There's blood stains on the couch and on the carpet leading her room.
"DAKOTA!!!!!!"
I run to the room and her bed is messed up I look around and I don't see her
"DAKOTA!!!!!"
Tears start to stream down my face
I run to the bathroom
"DAKOTA!!!!!"
I'm getting anxious by the second.
I run back to her room.
I need fresh air to think

I walk into the balcony ...
"DAKOTA!!"

I kneel down and cover my mouth. I want to fucken throw up. The tears start to flow down my face.
She has a purple eye and a cup on her lip and cheek. I remove the tape from her cheek.
"Dakota baby wake up" but nothing

I examine her and I start to untie the wires that are around her hand.
"FUCK" they dont budge.
I run to the kitchen and get a knife and run back
I start to cut but nothing
"No No No" Dakota I pick her up and place her in my arms
"Dakota please wake up baby, please don't leave me"

I reach to my phone and make a quick call
"MICHELLE CALL THE AMBULANCE TO DAKOTAS APARTMENT I CANT EXPLAIN JUST DO IT"

"Dakota please" I shake her
I shake her face and I place my ear on her chest but her heart is beating but it's barley there
I place her back down and I pick up the knife to cut again
I try harder and harder
A couple minutes later I see 2 policemen run to me at the balcony
The aim their guns at
"PUT YOUR HANDS UP"

I drop the knife and put my arms up
"No I called this is my girlfriend I found her like this please I need some wire cutters"

They lower their guns and grab the knife and I turn back to Dakota and look at them.
One of them has left

"How long has she been like this" the officer leans down

"I-I arrive 20 minutes ago"

"Ambulance are on route" says his walkie

The other officer runs back in and cuts the wire from the railing and from her hands and I cradle her onto my lap.
"Dakota please wake up"

"She's loosing a lot of blood" one of the officer says and the other runs in the room and comes back with what looks like a tshirt
He places it on the side of her head
"Apply pressure"
I didn't even notice this and te tears begin to fall harder.
I look down at my shirt and I'm covered in blood
One of the officers grabs her bloody wrist and takes pulse
"Her pulse is there but it isn't strong"

We hear the ambulance pull up and the officer says
"Stay her with her don't move her till they come "

I cradle her close to me but she's lifeless
"Dakota listen to me you need to wake up don't leave me please baby. Remember we're going to have beautiful blue eyed babies,we need to grow old together please wake up"

"In here" I hear voices

One of the ambulance guys walk in with a bed
"Sir we need to examine her"

I cradle her closer and start to sob

"Sir you're not helping " he kneels down "we want to help her"

The guy picks Dakota up and turns to place her on the bed

We all start to rush out the of the apartment except the police men and start to head to the elevator
