The friends above

We were walking home from school when it happened. Anna, Heather, Janet, Jane and I walked across from Timburra Girls School, London, to Timburra Boys School to walk home with our friends Dylan, Thomas and Jake. They're the nicest boys in London- never flirting or trying to get girls' attention, but always being gentlemen and always willing to help.

We strolled down an alleyway, chatting about the days' hard work and how boring Mathematics was. Then it happened. Ragged madmen sprang up out of bins, from behind buildings, off the top of them too, not to mention them sliding down ropes coming off extremely silent helicopters. Three grabbed me, one tied my hands, one put a teacloth in my mouth and tied it around my head, the other grabbed me around the waist and a rope of one of the passing helicopters and up we went. I could see my friends below, struggling against at least two men each.
"Lydia!" The girls cried, frantically.
"Lydia!" The boys shouted, struggling to get free.

And I remembered no more.
