"So, I think I got an idea."

Lezran tilted his head.

"I'm listening." He mumbled.

I leaned back against the tree bark and smirked.

"The information will require one payment of that magic tea of yours."

Lezrans' eyes grew wide, then he just chuckled.

"Of course son of Gaea, coming right up."

He walked off toward his Kitchen and started on the pot. I know I was pretty much stopping a civil war, but I think I had my priorities straight. His Tea could save nations.

"Just call me Eden, saying son of Gaea sounds way to....high and mighty."

He chuckled.

"Wouldn't most people enjoy that?"

"Well my dear Lezran I am not like most people, and sometimes that's actually a good thing."

"Perhaps I could teach you my recipe one day." He hummed.

"Wait, you mean it!?"

"Of course, cold brew tea isn't liked much around here. So sharing it with someone who'd appreciate it would be nice." He walked back over to me and held out a glass.

I eagerly took the drink and sighed with content.

"Alright, first thing." I took a sip. "Where's Lark?"

"She tends to the borders usually. So it'll just be us this morning."

Morning for you I guess...

"Well, I'll start then by asking if you've heard of the rainbow wars?"

He blinked a few times.

"Vaguely, Lurice loved to explore ruins. It was a war between the Guardians and adventurers correct?"

"Right, so I'll fill in some gaps for you. It ended with the two coming to an agreement. Essentially making sure the Guardians didn't treat them like slaves."

He raised a brow.

"Interesting, but how does this help?"

I took another sip.

"The agreement they made is solidified with the guilds. Meaning each member is protected under that code. So my suggestion is that one of your people joins a guild."

"But wouldn't we all have to join for that to work!?"

"No, it's simple really. If that one person creates their own guild and claims jurisdiction over this forest. Or even adds all of you to that guild, you'd be under that code of protection."

His eyes grew wide.

"Would, would that work?"

"Only in theory, there are some specifics that will need to work out first. However, I think this plan is far more likely to succeed than your war idea." I sighed, then looked Lezran in the eye. "My mother is unrivaled by anything you could come up with, and that's just her. She could defeat any army by herself. That's not even taking into account the Amazonians and Sola elves."

"She can't be that..."

His eyes averted from mine and his fist balled. The stars on his face shined for a moment, I wondered if they worked off his emotions.

"Lezran, she managed to trap you all here with her will alone. You don't seriously think It be that easy. In order to beat her we need to be crafty and outsmart her."
