Chapter 88: Helping the hunters

Y/N's POV

We walk to the gate, we see people standing there.

Marlon: You give them their weapons back?

He asks Louis. We take out our weapons.

Marlon: Good. We're gonna need to put them to use. We've got a hunting party out there trying to get back inside. Need our help to clear the way. Seems to be a few more then usual these last couple days.

???: It's almost like something drew their attention. Something like... I don't know... an explosion. Or two car crash's.

Marlon: Vi...

Vi: What? Just saying.

Kenny: You got a problem?

Lee: Calm down Kenny.

Y/N: I don't think we met. I'm Y/N, and this is Clementine, Lee, Kenny, Duck, Carley, and Sarita.

Vi: Yeah, I know. Your kid wouldn't stop talking about you guys.

The kid who stared at us earlier is on the tower, shouts at us.

He walks off as we look at him confused. We then walk out the gates, the gates closed with AJ on the other side. He asks to help. Clem tells him to watch our backs instead.

We give each other a quick kiss before we start killing the walkers.

Lee: You all be safe.

Kenny: We got a party to save.

Carley: No guns.

We are all walking back. We are talking to Louis and Violet. Clem was scared of Marlon's dog. Who's name was Rosie. I went in front of her. Then Marlon calmed Rosie down.

Louis: Still standing, I see. I'd call that a B-plus performance there, Vi. You've done better.

Violet: Fuck off.

She gives him the finger. Louis clutches onto his heart.

Louis: B-minus, then now, The new guys. Those were solid A's. A-plus even.
