Chapter 49: Talk with Jane

Y/N's POV

We are all following Arvo to the place he is taking us. Jane was with me and Clem.

Jane: I know you guys are pissed about me leaving... When I heard the gunshots... I knew it was a mistake. If it helps, I normally walk away for good... but I didn't.

Clementine: We needed you... but you left.

Y/N: How do I know it won't happen again?

Jane: I want to try and make this work.

We then hear Mike yelling at Kenny.

Mike: You don't need to point the gun at him the whole time.

Kenny: You forget what we just went through?

Bonnie: He ain't going anywhere, Kenny. No need to get your arm all sore.

Lee: It's just in case. Calm down you two.

Jane: I'm worried about Kenny. He's... he's in a dark place. We gotta keep an eye on him.

Clementine: So, this is you making it work?

Y/N: You don't have to constantly be criticizing him.

Jane: I'm not. I'm pointing it out... as a precaution. You two, including Lee, Carley, Sarita, and his son are the ones he trusts, who he really trusts. Which means you guys are going to be the ones to pull him back.

Y/N: He's tougher then you think.

Clementine: He can handle it.

Jane: I don't think he can.

Y/N: You'll see.

Jane: I hope you're right.
