Chapter Forty

Mahia took in deep breath then knocked on the door. After few seconds Uzmi opened the door. Mahia looked at her while she smiled.

'Come in.' Uzmi said normally then walked back in and Mahia surprised followed her in. They walked into sitting room when Uzmi looked back at her.

'I am drinking tea, do you want it?' Uzmi asked and she again surprised nodded her head in no and Uzmi smiled

'Mahia, stop being awkward. I told you last time it was never your fault. You and me are more friend then teacher and student and I don't want to lose a great fiend like you.' Uzmi said and Mahia nodded her head while smiled and Uzmi smiled back to her.

'Have a seat.' Uzmi said and they both sat down on sofa while there was silence between them.

'Uzmi, I wanted to ask something from you.' Mahia said and Uzmi looked at her

'Yeah go on.' Uzmi said and Mahia sighed

'When was last time you connect with Adam?' Mahia asked and Uzmi expression changed into sadness while looking at Mahia ,and Mahia knew whatever she will say Mahia will not like it.

'Nearly four years ago.' Uzmi said. 'Same time when he got into accident. Maybe she had talk to him. Maybe he still is alive' She thought

'And Did you talk to Adam?' Mahia asked and Uzmi nodded her head in no.

'I talk to one of his cousin, I don't remember her name.' Uzmi said

'Momina.' Mahia said quickly and Uzmi looked at her then nodded her head in yes.

'I guess so.' Uzmi said

'What did she said?' Mahia asked and Uzmi stared at her

'Mahia, I know what you want to know but thar new is right.' Uzmi said and Mahia felt once again her world had stopped around her. Her only hope again was broken.

'And Momina clearly said to me not to call back her and I never did. Anyway if there was no Adam what's my point of calling them.' Uzmi said and tears started flowing from Mahia's eyes. Uzmi looked at her then moved and hugged her while they both started crying.

'Mahia, I am sorry. I know you came here with a hope and I break away your hope.' Uzmi said while they kept crying. After a while Mahia broke away the hug and cleaned away her tears and looked at Uzmi.

'No worry, but I will returns back your hope. Be ready by tonight.' Mahia said while standing up then put a big box on the table and smiled to her with teary eyes.

'What?' Uzmi asked confused

'It's a surprised.' Mahia said then quickly got hold of her bag and walked out. She walked out then walked and sat down in car and started crying again loudly  and leaned back her head on seat.

'Adam, I love you so much, so so much. How you can leave your Mahia like this?' She whispered asked painfully and kept crying.

'Vi are you ready?' Mahia asked and he looked at her then nervously nodded her head in yes. He was wearing blank suit while their date was set up on beach by Mahia and she had designed the room for their romantic night as well in hotel which was in front of beach.
