Manik is a rich city-dweller and has everything a person would want - loving parents, very good looks, intelligence, good friends, a girl friend who is no less than a model and the list goes on. He cares only for his friends and family. He is passionate about music.

Nandini on the other hand is a villager and doesn't belong to a well to do family. Problems are a part and parcel of her life. She lost her parents when she was little and she has been staying with her grandmother since then. Her current problem is that her family wants to marry her off though she isn't interested. She has her own goals that she is hoping to achieve. She cares about every living being. She is good at music, but it isn't her passion.

How do these two people, who are leading different lifestyles and who have different ideals, meet? What is the outcome of their meeting? Do they meet only to go on their own ways or do they end up forming some sort of a connection? Where does this lead them to?
