Cities are massacred and the storms rage across the planet." It is a two hundred years later and the world has slowly recovered. The Blood Storms have become less common and cities have a chance to rebuild. But mistrust and violence over resources have made it hard for them to come back together. Totalitarian groups formed from old military remnants, promising to save the world but only just for their own gain of power in the seat.
