When the multiverse was created, time went by, and many things happened. For example, Dream and Nightmare made a truce, and Error and Ink became friends. Everything was new for two new aus: Emotiontale and Stringtale. Both Sanses didn't want to make friends and just wanted to be alone. But that changed when they met one special person.

Danger, even. Along that path, he runs into another, one who wants the exact opposite. Peace is what this one desires, a place to rest. They have nothing in common, and frankly, they bring out the worst in each other. It's always an argument with these two, and neither of them are humble enough to back down. And yet, they always manage to come back to each other. (Science Sans, from a pre-Undertale timeline, is the main character in this story. Underfell Sans, from Underfell, is the second main character. They fall in love. Along the way, numerous other skeletons are introduced, making their way into the plot in some way or another. I haven't decided yet.)

Even if it means leaving his astounding career behind? Modern AU where monsters and humans live together on Earth. Sans and Papyrus in this are Gaster!Sans and Gaster!Papyrus. Everyone else is from the original Undertale. Written in second person's point of view. They/them pronouns are used for the reader. Cover art by junkpilestuff. I don't own Undertale. We all know the stories of Error being a Geno, the original sans, or someone else entirely. But what... He wasn't only one type of Sans.
