Ever thought surviving first period-and facing her best friend's boyfriend, whom she recently kissed-would be the hardest part of her day. She was wrong. The world is ending. Literally. Between dodging awkward hallway interactions with her best friend's boyfriend and dodging the apocalypse, Ever discovers she may be the one person capable of saving mankind. No pressure, right? But just when she's barely wrapping her head around her destiny, a mysterious (and annoyingly handsome) stranger shows up. He drives her crazy, yet somehow feels...familiar. And he just might hold the key to unlocking Ever's forgotten past and to stopping the strange, earth-shattering events unraveling the future. As secrets unfold and loyalties are tested, Ever has to make a choice: walk away from the chaos and pretend the world isn't ending or embrace her destiny and risk everything to save it. After all, being a teenager is hard. Being the savior of humanity? That's a whole new level. *This is book one in a series

The air cargo industry deals with a significant amount of cargo on a regular basis. It is for this reason that it is always quite busy. This industry also needs to process a huge amount of data on a day-to-day basis. This results in the generation of a significant carbon footprint. Carbon footprint is essentially concerned with the amount of greenhouse gases that are released into the environment. The larger the carbon footprint, the more harm it causes to the surroundings. We know greenhouse gases have a lot of negative impacts. This causes an increase in the global temperature, causing global warming. Global warming causes the melting of ice caps and impacts the overall global climate. This leads to flooding of lowlands, changes in wind patterns, and degrades the diversity of flora and fauna in a region.

Eternal Spring: A Cli-Fi Thriller That Echoes Reality Dive into the heart of a climatic enigma in "Eternal Spring," a riveting cli-fi thriller that weaves suspense, science, and human drama into a narrative that's as thought-provoking as it is thrilling. When Dr. Maya Lin, a dedicated climatologist, encounters an inexplicable ecological anomaly - leaves that refuse to fall and unseasonal global spring-like conditions - she finds herself at the center of a mystery that defies scientific understanding. Partnering with Agent Jack Turner, a pragmatic government investigator, Maya embarks on a journey that crisscrosses the boundaries of science and conspiracy. As they unravel the threads, they cross paths with a cast of compelling characters, including Elena Vargas, a passionate environmental activist, and Dr. Richard Sato, a technology entrepreneur with radical solutions to climate change. Each character is drawn into a deepening puzzle that spans the globe, from the city's parks to the corridors of power. Balancing on the knife-edge of environmental catastrophe, "Eternal Spring" delves into themes of ecological responsibility, corporate greed, and the delicate interplay between human activity and nature. It's a story that mirrors our world's urgent climate issues, asking poignant questions about our future and the lengths we must go to protect our planet. Join the adventure in "Eternal Spring" as it takes you on a journey filled with twists, heart-stopping revelations, and a narrative that skillfully blends the thrill of a chase with the depth of a well-researched environmental saga. It's more than a book; it's a wake-up call wrapped in the guise of an unputdownable thriller.

Permafrost is really a thing. Melting glaciers will not only make polar animals homeless, but also bring out the extinct/dormant microbes which may or may not have been eradicated by the humankind before. Not only that, it also comes along with the release of 1500 billion tonnes of carbon dioxide and methane gas which will be making the atmosphere even more hotter and increases the global temperature . It is a real issue..please show some light to it.

A collection of stories of bears all over the world; all different genres, and how they think in the challenges they are faced with. There are many misconceptions about bears. Though bears do not have internal dialogues in real life (keep that in mind) if they did, what would they say to themselves in the day-to-day life of being a bear; destroying misconceptions about bears while not giving them the overtly human perspective, and not an overtly vicious perspective either. These are not simply vicious beasts. These are remarkable animals. Let me show you. (Possible triggers since the savage bear lifestyle doesn't traumatize the animal AS MUCH as it does us)

Strange Beginnings is a collection of short stories by Treesong. These tales all take place in the same setting as the author's first novel, Change. However, you don't need to read Change in order to appreciate these stories. The tales presented in this collection all relate in some way to the theme of strange beginnings - and often strange endings. Some tend more toward science fiction. Others tend more toward fantasy. They all present an unusual twist that takes us one step away from the reality that we know. In the process, they allow us to view that reality from a new perspective. The Wattpad edition contains two complete short stories. The full edition is available on Kindle and contains five short stories. For more information, visit the author's official site at treesong.org.

It is a short science fiction where the excitement begins from the first line and ends only when you have read the last line. And in this short scifi story few men are racing against time to save the world in 2075.
