I was hiding in the room beside Fives' when I heard Palpatine tell about the chips and how he knew about them. I quickly recorded it and then helped Fives escape.
"I can't believe this." I said as I looked at Fives.
"Neither can I... Hey.. we are going to be okay." Fives said as he gently squeezed my hand.
"I know." I said softly.
He sent me a smile and I leaned forward and gently kissed him.
"We should leave... go into hiding." I said as I held his hands.
"We can't.... we have to stop him." He said softly.
"I don't want to lose you." I said softly.
"You won't.... I swear you will never lose me." He said as he kissed my forehead.
We made it back home and Fives left to contact Rex and Anakin. Fives soon returned and we quickly made a trap. It didn't take us long to set it up and soon they arrived and we ordered them to put their weapons down.
"Anakin, He is telling the truth. I have video proof of it." I said softly.
"Where is this proof?"
"It's-"
I was cut off by Fox rushing in with a group of clones.
"No!" I screamed as they shot at Fives.
I quickly jumped in the way and felt it it me.
"(Y/n)!" Fives yelled as he caught me.
"Baby... hey it's okay... it's going to be okay." He said as he held me against his chest.
"Get us out of here!" Anakin ordered.
They shot the shield and Anakin rushed to my side.
"Here... stop... stop Palpatine.. save Fives." I said as tears streamed down my face.
"I will." He said as he took the tape from me.
"Thank you." I said softly.
I look up at Fives and sent him a smile.
"Protect... our baby." I said before everything went dark.
"No!" Fives yelled as I passed.
Some years later
Fives let out a sigh as he looked at my statue. He felt something pull at his pants, and turned his head to look at the small child.
"Hey sweetheart." He said as he picked her up.
"I miss her." She said softly.
"I do too." He said as he kissed her forehead.
