Taehyung's POV
Smiling everyday in front of camera, hiding your pain behind it,just to become the idol people love.
However when the night comes by, and you are left alone the inner demons haunts you until you are terrified even from your own shadows makes me want to scream.
A job as an idol is like a rollercoaster , one day you feel the best when you see the support of your friends while on the other hand the hate and threats breaks us down.
My life seemed empty, it was just the love of armys and the members keeping me sane.
Taking a night walk I stopped by a convenience store , making my way towards the cold drinks I grabbed the regular one.
Paying up I made my way out and sat on the chair kept outside the store.
Closing my eyes I felt a cold breeze hitting on my face.
A peaceful moment was quickly ruined by slurping noises.
I turned my head to the right witnessing a girl sitting in the corner eating her cup noodles and smiling after every bite.
Every time her nose scrunches when she makes goofy faces eating those noodles makes me smile. It was nice watching someone enjoying on their own not bothering about the world around them.
The girl seemed around my age and I didn't knew from where the urge came over me as I found myself walking towards her.
" hey " I said.
" oh hi " she replied waving at me.
" can I join you ?" I asked.
" sure " she said " wanna have some " she said passing the noodles towards me.
" uhh umm " I was hesitating a bit as I had to lower my mask to eat it, I did that by the way.
I lowered down my mask ,but she didn't seemed to recognize me her expressions remained the same.
I quickly use the chopsticks and ate a bit.
" ohhhh nooo that's not how you eat , its not fun eating that way , wait let me show you" she said as he laid a small part of noodles in her mouth while shrupping the longer parts.
I found myself smiling at her once again.
" no try some " she said
I tried copying her , although it was a hit messy but I enjoyed it.
By the end of our little cup noodle date I was laughing while she kept chatting to me.
Her words were like a medicine to my sad soul, it was her presence that cheered me.
" I enjoyed talking with you y/n" he said.
" me too taehyung " she said while I stood shocked.
" you know me?" I asked wide eyed.
" who doesn't? " she laughed.
" oh earlier you didn't showed any reaction , which is expected whenever you see an idol" I replied.
" you r a human who have rights of privacy and if you are off camera it was my responsibility to not let you feel uncomfortable" she replied.
"Let's take a walk" I said feeling the most comfortable around her.
Since that day we kept meeting and I started warming up. I smile more often, feel myself in every moment, it was as if my personality started changing while being with her.
I finally told her how I felt , my insecurities and my growing love for her. She accepted it and made me feel the luckiest guy alive, she cheered me up with her bright attitude towards everything.
