I was laying on the deck playing games on my phone when I noticed a large Fire Nation ship pull up next to ours.
Zuko glared at the ship, "What do you think they want?"
I got up, "Do I look like a mind reader?"
A soldier from the other ship walked into our ship.
"Bro, what do you want?" I asked.
"Admiral Zhao has been entrusted with the hunt for the Avatar. All information will be reported to him."
Iroh grinned, "Zhao got a promotion?"
I groaned, "no one cares about Zhao's promotion."
"We don't have anything to report," Zuko practically yelled, "get off my ship."
"The Admiral is not letting any ships in or out of this area."
I rolled my eyes and raised my hand, controlling the soldier's body. I constricted his vocal cords, not allowing him to talk. I caused him to turn around and walk back to his ship, "You heard the man," I yelled after him, "Off the damn ship."
I may not support the capturing of the Avatar, but I definitely don't support Zhao.

Zuko was gone the whole day. I have no idea where he went.
What I do know is that he left me on music night. I don't enjoy sitting down listening to old men sing.
I was going to hide in my room, but Iroh made me stay.
I blasted music in my headphones the whole time.
Zuko looked depressed as he walked past us.
"Where have you been?" I yelled.
"Zuko!" Iroh exclaimed, "you missed music night."
"I'm going to bed. Don't disturb me."
So cranky.

You know, the next few days were uneventful. I slept through a lot of them. We had followed the Avatar all the way North.
We seemed to be approaching the Northern Water Tribe. The Northern Water Tribe was much more advanced than the Southern Tribe. Plus, we didn't murder all of their waterbenders.
Morbid. I know.
I knocked on Zuko's door.
"Come in."
I opened the door to see Zuko sitting on his bed. I laid down next to him.
"Ok, make your self comfortable," Zuko said sarcastically.
"That's literally what I was doing."
"What's up, (Y/N)?"
"The sky."
"I hate you."
"No, you don't."
He sighed, "You're right," he leaned back and laid down next to me. We both stared at the ceiling.
"Do you remember when we were still in school?" I asked him.
"It was only three years ago (Y/N)"
"Yeah, but it feels like a lifetime ago."
He sighed, "You're right," then he smiled, "Hey, do you remember when you first joined the advanced bending class and you beat nearly everyone without even having to bend?"
"Oh yeah, but then when I sparred you we nearly destroyed the gym."
Zuko laughed, "yeah and Mr.Lee looked like he was going to pop a blood vessel."
"How about when you caught me waterbending?"
He smiled, "I remember that night," he frowned slightly, "You told me about your father," then he smiled again, "We fell asleep watching a movie."
Zuko turned so that he was facing me. I did the same.
"God, (Y/N)," Zuko said, his golden eyes meeting my (E/C) eyes, "When did we stop making memories like that? Why did we stop making memories like that?"
I chuckled, "You tell me, Prince Zuko."
He sighed, "You're right," he shifted closer to me, "I'm sorry."
My eyes flicked down to his lips then back to his golden eyes. We were barely centimeters apart. Zuko was watching my moves intently.
We heard a knock at the door. We both jumped and sat up.
"Come in," Zuko said, sounding slightly annoyed.
Iroh entered the room, "Prince Zuko, (Y/N), I'm afraid we have a problem."
"What kind of problem?" I asked.
Zhao entered the room.
"Not this little shi-" I started to say but was cut off by a stern look from Iroh.
"Zhao," Zuko said, "What do you want?"
"I'm taking your crew," Zhao smiled.
"Excuse me? What gives you the right," I lunged for Zhao but Zuko wrapped his hand around my waist, bringing me back.
"They're coming with me to the North Pole," Zhao said.
"Uncle," Zuko turned to Iroh, "Is this true?"
Iroh nodded solemnly.
"Well," Zhao said, "My offer for you to join me still stands General Iroh. (Y/N)," he turned to me, "You may join me as well."
"I swear to god Zhao I'm going shove my foot so far up your-"
"(Y/N)!" Iroh said.
"Sorry," I mumbled.
Zhao looked at us in disgust and slammed the door behind him.
Zuko yelled and kicked the wall.

Iroh and I were saying goodbye to the crew. Zuko was probably in his room.
"I just don't understand why we were so nice to them," I said to Iroh as the last of the crew left, "They just left us."
Iroh sighed, "You never need a reason for kindness."
"You suck."
"Thank you, (Y/N). Anyway, I'm going for a walk, would you and Zuko like to join me?"
"Hm? One sec, let me text Zuko."
I took out my phone and typed a message to Zuko:
Me: Iroh and I are going for a walk, wanna come with?

Me: Hello?

Me: I found the Avatar
Zuko: Really?
Me: No but now I know that you were ignoring me
Zuko: Ihy.
Me: Thanks
Me: Walk or no walk?

Me: I'll take that as a no
I closed my phone and put it in my pocket. I smiled and turned to Iroh, "he's not coming. You know Zuko, he's probably sulking."
Iroh sighed, "Well, let's go."
We set out for the walk. The night sky was clear, which isn't something you see often.
Everything was perfect.
Then we heard a loud explosion coming from the direction of the ship.
"Zuko!" Iroh and I yelled.
Iroh and I jumped and ran back to the ship, which was in ruins.
Iroh knelt down to the ruins of the ship, "Zuko..."
My vision blurred. No way did Zuko die just like that. That seemed impossible.
"(Y/N)? Uncle?" Zuko staggered out of the ruins, his clothes a burnt mess. His face was cut up.
Iroh ran to Zuko and hugged him.
"Who did this, Zuko?"
"Pirates. I have no doubt they were hired by Zhao," Zuko said.
"You know, we could use this to our advantage," Iroh said.
"What did you have in mind?" I asked.
We sat down and I healed Zuko's cuts.
Iroh explained a plan to have him and join Zhao and disguise Zuko as one of Zhao's soldiers.
I groaned.
"What?" Iroh asked.
"All of my clothes, my laptop, and my TV was on that ship," I looked at the ruins longingly, "I'm going to murder Zhao."

We met with Zhao and the Fire Navy Base, sans Zuko of course.
"...I am just so devastated to hear about Prince Zuko."
I glared at Zhao, "I'm sure you are."
"The Fire Lord won't be pleased when I tell him what happened. I haven't had the heart to call my brother yet," Iroh said.
I rolled my eyes, "That being said, General Iroh and I have chosen to reconsider your offer. We would love," I said the word with a hint of disgust in my voice, "to join you in the North Pole."
Zhao smiled, "I'm glad you two have come to your senses."
Ew.
Soon we boarded a ship with Zhao- the one leading the fleet to the North Pole.
Iroh met up with Zuko, reassuring him that Zhao doesn't suspect a thing.
Something told me the attack of the North Pole was going to be a really big thing.
