Ashton heard your bare feet on the kitchen floor causing him to turn his head and smile.
You rubbed your tired eyes and yawned adorably. His shirt pooled around your thighs and he couldn't help but think it was the cutest thing he had ever seen.
"Good morning!" He cheered, grinning from ear to ear as you kissed his cheek. You went over to the cabinets and opened one of them up. The cereal you wanted was on the very top shelf, the one you definitely couldn't reach.
Ashton pretended not to notice as he tried to scroll through twitter and eat his breakfast, trying hard to hide the smirk that was tugging at his lips.
"Ashton?" He let out a grunt, signaling he had heard you but he didn't look away from his phone.
You sighed and walked up behind him. You wrapped your arms around his stomach and pressed your head against his back. "I can't reach the cereal."
He had to bite his lip to keep himself from laughing at how cute you were, clinging onto him, too shy to ask him to grab it for you.
"Oh? Do you need some help? Are you just too tiny to reach it?" He punched your cheeks and then poked your sides and watched your cheeks turn red. He laughed and went to the cabinet, easily grabbing the box for you.
"Thank you!" You reached for the box only for him to hold it over his head. You groaned and stood up on your tiptoes but it was no use. "You haven't kissed me good morning yet," he teased and you playfully rolled your eyes at him before kissing him.
He lowered the box as he melted against your lips. You giggled as you stole it out of his hands and pulled away from the kiss making him gasp. "That wasn't nice," he murmured, but he couldn't help but smile at you as he did.
He wrapped his arm around you as you poured your cereal into your bowl and left a soft and sweet kiss to your cheek. "Just so you know I think it's absolutely adorable how small you are. I love you lots."
And even as you ate and he scrolled through his phone, he still kept his arm around you. He was just too happy and too in love to let you go.
