"H-He got me...!" Ryu thought as his palm aimed upward barely. "D-Dammit...Y-Y/N...Get everyone out of here...!" Ryu thought as he fired an energy blast that sent out a loud explosion before he was completely absorbed by Cell.
Far off towards the center of the island, you were floating above base as you stared towards the ocean and saw the explosion of light.
"That was Ryu's energy...But..." You gripped your fists tightly as an uneasy feeling filled your heart. "Why can't I sense him anymore...?" You wondered as you heard the door below you opened.
"Onii-chan!" You heard as you turned to see 21 fly up next to you. "Did you feel that? Ryu's energy spiked and just disappeared. What happened?" She asked.
"I don't know..." You said as you pondered a bit before going heading back inside as 21 followed.
You walked through the door and looked around in haste to see who was on the hotline, but at the moment no calls were made.
"Tch, wouldn't someone have called about that explosion?" You said in before a phone rang and you turned to see Bakugo answer.
"What?!" Bakugo answered as he heard the little girl, Mahoro, on the other end.
"Villains! Villains have appeared!" He heard her yell in a panic, but didn't budge.
"You brat, I won't fall for the same trick again!" Bakugo yelled as you walked over and took the phone from him. "Hey! Give it back! I'm not done scolding that shrimp!" He yelled as you ignored him.
"What's wrong?" You asked.
"Please! Send a hero! Villains have—!" Just before she could finish, the line fell dead.
"Hello? Hello?!" You tried to raise her, but it was a deadline.
"This phone's dead also." 21 said at another station as Midoriya, who had just arrived, walked up to you.
"What's wrong?" He asked as you dropped the phone and everyone was turned towards you.
"Villains have invaded the island and we're under attack! Everyone, suit up!" You said as everyone rushed to deploy.
After gathering equipment and getting everyone together in front of the base, you were in your hero costume that you brought along as Iida and Momo designated everyone's role.
"We don't know how many villains there are, or how strong they are, but we mustn't falter." He said as he turned towards Kirishima. "Kirishima, Uraraka, the three of us will go to the beach and aid our comrades there. Todoroki, Tsuyu, Tokoyami, Shoji, and Rikido were the last on duty there." He ordered them as they nodded in acknowledgement.
"Right!" They agreed as Iida turned towards the next group.
"Momo, Mina, Jiro, you three head inland and begin evacuating the civilians to the designated safe area. Toru, Mineta and Aoyama were patrolling the main shopping street so you'll most likely run into them. Aid them anyway you can." He gave the next group a set of orders.
"Understood." Momo replied as Iida turned towards everyone else.
"The rest of you, split up and locate the villains and their numbers. Do whatever it takes to protect the civilians! Ready?!" He asked as everyone was fired up. "Alright, LET'S GO!" Iida yelled as everyone split off to fulfill their roles.
"Midoriya!" You called to him as he slid yo a stop and turned around. "Take 21 with you! Find those kids and get them to safety, if they saw the villains, then they're probably the closest to them." You said as 21 flew over and picked up Midoriya as they flew off.
"Stay safe!" Midoriya yelled as you gave him a thumbs up before growing a serious look on your face.
"Now then..." You muttered as floated higher above the island and spoke up. "What are you doing here, Cell?" You asked as you turned your head to the side and saw your nemesis floating a few meters away from you.
"That's not something to concern yourself about. What I'd like to know is why are there a bunch of brats playing hero on this island? There's no point you being here if there's no crime here." He said as you unfolded your arms and stared straight at him.
"Well, there's trouble now, and we intend on cleaning it up." You said as your power began to rise and wind swirled around you while picking up speed.
"Do your worst." Cell smirked at you as wind began to pick up around him as well.

Sparks of energy began to surge around the two of you as golden aura's slowly surrounded yours and Cell's body. Your fists clenched tighter as your veins were popping more and more out as your eyes began to flash from their dark color to a bright teel shade of green. As your power increased your hair began to flash bright gold as your eyes widened and an explosion of energy burst forth from you.
"HAAAAAAA!!!" You yelled as you transformed and entered Super Saiyan 2 and blew a powerful gust of wind over the island.
Without saying anything more you rushed towards Cell with a punch as he met you half way with his own and the two attacks collided, creating a huge shock wave as you stayed locked against each other.
"This power...What did you do with Ryu?" You asked him as you felt Ryu's energy flow through Cell.
"He was an insurance piece that I needed to defeat you. He was so stupid when he tried to face me, this power is incredible." He said as you were slowly being pushed back as he grinned. "What's wrong? Use that Super Saiyan 3 of yours. It should give you an advantage, don't you think?" He said as you scoffed.
"I don't need to unleash that power against you, Super Saiyan 2 is all I'll need for scum like you!" You broke the clash and kicked him across the face.
Grunting in irritation, Cell tried to kick you back but you ducked under and sent an upper cut to his jaw as he flew back a few meters. After stopping himself and turning back to face you, he wiped some blood from his lip as you gestured to him with your hand to come at you. In an instant the two of you vanished and shock waves began to ripple through the air as the two of you traded punch for punch. After clashing one last time the two of you flew apart as a huge shock wave shook the area below and sparks flew above the island. You began to charge up a huge amount of energy as you reeled your hands back to your right side and a blue energy ball began grow and shine.
"Letting out the fireworks already? I like it!" Cell said as he copied your position and a blue energy ball formed in his hands as well.
"HAAAAAA!!!!!!!" You yelled as you unleashed a bright energy beam towards him.
"It's useless!" Cell laughed as he fired a beam of his own and the two energies began to struggle over pushing each other back.
You grunted as you held your ground and began to push your attack forward as Cell's beam was slowly being eaten. Cell however didn't flinch as he unleashed a huge amount of energy and your beam was being absorbed and pushed back.
"Ngh...! Dammit...!" You thought as an uncomfortable tingling sensation slowly spread through your body.
"C'mon Y/N! You're not getting worse are you?!" Ryu's comment echoed through your mind as you opened one eye and glared at Cell through the beam lock.
"Ever since Buu let me go, I've been held away from training and underwent procedures to make sure I wasn't still connected to him somehow...It's hindered and drawn back my fighting capability...But..." You thought as you sucked it up and ignored the pain while glaring at Cell as he looked surprised by the change of your expression. "Now isn't the time to hold back..." You thought as your eyes began to glow brighter. "KAIOKEN...!" You yelled as a red aura exploded around your body.
"Kaio--what?" Cell said in confusion before growing a shocked face as he felt a huge surge of energy clash and push back his beam. "N-No way...! What is this?!" He yelled as his beam was completely overwhelmed. "I-I CAN'T STOP IT! DAMN IT!!!!" He screamed as he was engulfed and a huge explosion went off above the island as strong winds blew everywhere and you breathed heavily while lowering your arms.
"That should've caused some damage..." You said as you watched the dust clear and reveal a burned and cut up Cell who grunted in pain as he glared at you.
"You annoying brat..." He spat at you as you scoffed and reactivated the Kaioken move once more and shined a burning red aura with your golden glow.
"Here come's round two." You said as the two of you vanished once more and shock waves rumbled through the sky.
Meanwhile as you were battling with Cell, 21 was carrying Midoriya over a few homes as Midoriya pointed towards a house that was separated by a dirt road from the rest of the neighborhood, but not too far.
"Over there! That must be Mahoro-chan and Katsuma-kun's home!" Midoriya said before the house suddenly blew and forced the duo to stop.
"Shoot! Were we too late?!" 21 said with worry, but Midoriya noticed someone walking out of the flames.
"A villain!? At this part of the island already?" Midoriya thought as he looked towards the path the villain was walking towards and gasped when he saw Katsuma and Mahoro running away to a set of woods nearby. "There! Katsuma-kun and Mahoro-chan are over there!" He pointed towards them as 21 saw them run into the woods.
"Alright!" 21 flew down and entered the woods from a different part of the woods as she flew past trees and Midoriya activated 8% of One For All. "Take care of the kids, I'll stop the villain!" She said as she flung Midoriya ahead to the kids and she flew to intercept the enemy.
As she tossed Midoriya away and blasted through a few trees, the villain, Nine, turned and saw her flying towards him with her fist reeled back as he lifted up his arm. Just in that moment however...
"Gotcha..." 21 grinned as she suddenly came to a full stop and her right index finger formed a red energy. "Go to hell!" She yelled as she unleashed a line of energy that sliced in the direction of the villain before creating a chain of explosions.
As she watched closely and the dust slowly began to clear, a strange blue stream that formed like a dragon came out and charged towards 21 as she flew up and escaped the attack as she saw that Nine had put up a barrier in front of himself using his hand.
"Huh? Two quirks? Is he like Todoroki-kun?" 21 thought before gasping as she saw his barrier go down and with the same hand he fired a purple laser-type attack at her as she dodged and dove to the ground. "No, that's not it...Could it be...?" She thought before dashing towards him with a punch.
Just before she could reach him however, Nine put a barrier up and blocked her incoming attack as 21 was shocked that he was able to stop it. After that he summoned another water dragon from his back and moved it around 21 before striking her and pressing her against the shield.
"Gahh!" 21 grunted before Nine's hand suddenly grabbed her by the face and she felt her energy being stolen. "Ngh...! Ahhhhh!!!" She screamed out in pain.

"Your quirk is suitable for taking, I am fortunate enough to have a free slot open for it." Nine said as 21 glared at him through his fingers while trying to break free.
"N-No way...He's just like...like...!" She thought before letting out a scream once more.
Turning back from hearing her screams, Midoriya looked in shock as he saw 21 writhing in pain before falling limp as her power had been taken from her.
"Mahoro-chan...Katsuma-kun...run!" He told them as they looked up at him and he gritted his teeth in anger. "Run away!" He yelled as he activated his quirk and dashed away to help 21.
Activating his new piece of equipment, a set of gauntlets that allow him to shoot off air pressure attacks given to him by Hatsume at the school festival, he aimed his right hand towards the villain.
"One for All: Eight Percent! Delaware Smash Air Force!" He fired two shots of air pressure towards Nine as he raised his other hand and blocked the attacks with a barrier as he turned towards Midoriya.
"It's a useless effort. Give me the boy and we will leave this island without further harming any of you children." Nine said to Midoriya as the two held a stare-down against each other.
"What do you want with Katsuma-kun?!" Midoriya demanded to know as Nine raised his hand and his nails glowed purple once more.
Before he could fire off an attack, Nine watched as Midoriya suddenly dashed to the side and charge forward with another air shot attack aimed at him.
"Let her go!" Midoriya yelled as he fired two more shots, but Nine used 21 as a shield instead of bringing up his own.
"GAH!!!!!" 21 yelled in pain as Midoriya gritted his teeth in anger and jumped back.
"You want her? I'll give you something better, you can join her situation." Nine said as Midoriya was confused but grunted in pain as a water dragon summoned by Nine suddenly grabbed him and Nine held the two heroes with a tight hold while turning towards the direction the kids were in.
"Hurry! Hurry!" Mahoro said while pulling along Katsuma by the hand as the two children both made it out of the woods.
As they ran across a patch of grass and tried to climb a small incline in the ground that led to a street, Midoriya and 21 were both tossed in front of them, forcing them to halt in shock and despair as the two were in great pain.
"Deku nii-chan!" Katsuma yelled in worry as he ran over to him.
"No, please! Get up!" Mahoro said in a scared tone as she ran over and knelt down next to 21.
"R-Run...please...!" 21 painfully turned towards Mahoro and tried pushing her away to run, but Mahoro held her hand and cried.
"No! No! Get up! Please!" Mahoro cried before hearing movement from the woods and seeing Nine walk out towards them. "He's coming! Please! Let's go! Get up!" Mahoro begged as 21 gritted her teeth in frustration.
"I can't move...! He took all of my energy as well...! Dammit!" 21 cursed in her mind before hearing the dirt move near her and looking to see Deku get to his feet. "Deku-san...!" 21 watched in shock as Midoriya's knees were shaking in pain, but he relented and stepped in front of Nine.
"I won't let you near them..." Midoriya glared at Nine as he raised his hand and prepared another air shot.
"I said it before, it's useless." Nine said as he fired a purple laser through Midoriya's side and blood spilled out from his body.
"Deku-san!" 21 yelled in despair as he dropped to the ground and twitched in unbearable pain.
"This can all end." Nine said as the kids looked at him with scared faces. "Just come to me, and their suffering will all end. I just need your power, young one." Nine said as they Mahoro felt despair fill her heart while looking at Midoriya's state.
"Somebody...! Somebody...!" Mahoro thought as tears poured from her eyes and she yelled to the sky as her quirk activated. "SOMEBODY SAVE DEKU NII-CHAN!!!!!" She cried out to the skies as a huge illsuon of an injured Deku ballon rose and grew to the size of the islands tallest mountain.
"GRRRAAAHH!!!!" A yell came flying into ear shot as Nine lifted his arm and blocked an oncoming explosion as from the smoke trail revealed Bakugo who was missing a grenade gauntlet and scratched up.
"Bakugo-kun!" 21 yelled as she tried to get up, but winced in pain as Mahoro held her upper body off the ground.
"Who the hell are you? Are you the boss of these chumps?" Bakugo asked angrily as Nine walked out of the smoke unharmed.
"K-Kacchan...!" Midoriya winced as he struggled to his feet.
"Stay out of my way, damn nerd!" Bakugo yelled as sparks popped in the palms of his hands while he grinned at Nine. "I'm still pretty annoyed from that last loser I beat up. I'm going to take it out on you!" He yelled as he propelled himself with an explosion and aimed his palms straight towards Nine.
At that moment Nine raised a barrier in front of him, but Bakugo with his fast reactions and agility, he redirected himself with an explosion to jump over and attack from behind. Aiming his left palm, Bakugo let out an explosion that engulfed Nine in a cloud of smoke as he slid to a stop.
"How's that? Are you still alive?" Bakugo asked cockily as 21 yelled out to him.
"Watch out! He has more than one quirk!" She yelled as from the smoke came out a blue water dragon.
"What!?" Bakugo gasped before grunting as he was grabbed by the gut and flew into the air before being plunged hard into the ground.
"You can't win against me, give up." Nine said as he let out a wind pressure attack that cleared the smoke and blew Bakugo towards Midoriya as he slid on his feet and struggled to stay up.
"K-Kacchan..." Midoriya stared at the weakened Bakugo before stepping forward and clenching his fists as his One For All kicked into gear once more. "21-san, please take Katsuma-kun and Mahoro-chan away from here." He said as he and Bakugo glared towards Nine.
"Wait...You're planning on fighting like that? You can't..." 21 said before growing a shocked look as Midoriya gave her a thumbs up without looking.
"It's fine..." He said as he and Bakugo readied themselves. "We'll save these two...! Right, Kacchan?" He asked.
"Don't tell me what to do!" Bakugo yelled as the pair charged forward towards Nine.
Bakugo leaped into the air and began to spin rapidly in circles using his explosions. Just before Nine could summon another water dragon from his back, Midoriya came in and forced him to use a barrier to block one of his kicks that made the ground cave in a little.
"Now!" Midoriya yelled as he jumped away.
"Don't give me orders!" Bakugo barked back as he flew straight towards Nine with his heavy attack. "HOWITZER IMPACT!" He yelled as he pressed his hand against Nine's barrier and there was a huge explosion that reached all the way to the fleeing 21 and kids and knocked them over to the ground.
Midoriya and Bakugo both slid back and stood guard a few feet away from the smoke screen that Nine was in. Just then, a few steps could be heard before Nine's voice called out.
"Play time is over. It's time to take what I came here for. Don't stand in my way." Nine said.
Just before they could react however, dark clouds began to form over the sky.
"What's going on?" Midoriya wondered as he stared up.
"What the hell—GAHHHH!!!!" Bakugo and Midoriya were both caught by surprise as a lightning strike fell upon.
"No!!!" 21 yelled in despair as the attack continued for a few moments before releasing as the two heroes fell flat on the ground.
"DEKU NII-CHAN!!!" Katsuma yelled in horror.
Not wanting to watch any longer, 21 forced herself to her feet and stumbled forward before falling to her knees. She grunted and struggled while ouncing what little energy she had left together to move forward.
"No...stop...I'm begging you..." 21 said with tears as Nine aimed his finger towards them and a dark red sphere charged around his finger. "Stop it... don't do it...! Don't kill them!" She yelled to no avail as Nine aimed his finger and fired a red laser that left a trail of explosions behind it. "DON'T KILL THEM!!" 21 cried out as loud as her voice let her as the wail seemed to echo across the island.
"HYAAAAAA!!!!" Suddenly a glowing red pillar of light fell in front of Midoriya and Bakugo and swiped the laser attack away as the explosions that followed were forced around the pillar of light, avoiding the downed heroes.
After the explosions stopped and the smoke slowly began to clear, 21 began to tear up and sob at the sight that was in front of her as the red pillar of light dissipated and sparks surged across the ground.
'O-Onii--...Onii...chan..." 21 cried as she quivered as the smoke cleared to reveal you standing to protect everyone once again.
"Yes. Sorry I'm late. I brought help." You said as Shoji and Koda ran over and aided the the children and wounded heroes.
"Are you okay? Can you walk?" Shoji asked as he tended to a sobbing 21 that couldn't speak.
Just then, you appeared in front of Shoji and placed Midoriya and Bakugo in front of him before you reappeared in front of Nine.
"Take care of everyone, I'll catch up with you later." You said to them as Shoji was opposed to the idea, but steeled himself and took hold of the wounded while Koda took the kids.
"Be careful, and come back safe." He said as he turned away from you.
"Yeah. Now, go!" You said as you clenched your fist and unleashed a small shock wave that kicked up the wind.
Just as they were about to run, Nine summoned a water dragon from his back and sent it around you to try and catch Katsuma, but a yellow energy blast blew it to ashes as he stared at you with your arm outstretched to the side and your gaze to the ground.
"You...You're the strongest one here, aren't you? Super Saiyan, right?" He called your hero name out as Cell landed next to him. "What happened?" He asked.
"I let him slip pass me by accident, but don't worry, the two of us should be more than enough to--hm?" Cell was cut off by a strange noise of grunting when he turned to see Nine in pain as cracks appeared on his face. "No...the time limit is already up? No...they forced him to use too much energy." Cell held up Nine who was growing weak and writhing in pain.
"Nine!" Cell looked over and saw the red haired villain, Slice, running over with a worried look. "Nine! Hang in there!" She aided him as Cell scoffed and glared at you.
"I hate to say this, but we'll have to finish this another time. You're lucky once more, brat." He said as a vein began to show on the side of your forehead.
"Lucky...?" You said as Cell felt a bad feeling while staring at you. "You guys...show up here and start making trouble of everything that was so good here...You have the nerve to attack my friends, steal Ryu, and hurt those I love...?" You said as Cell stood up and in front of Nine.
"Slice..." Cell spoke lowly as she looked up at him. "Get him away. Now..." He said as the wind began to pick up around the area.
"Why? What's he doing?" She asked as Cell readied himself.
"He's serious this time." Cell said as a spark exploded off your body before a pillar of energy erupted around you.
"You'll pay for this...." You said as your eyes burned with anger. "YOU'LL PAY FOR THIS!!!!!!" You screamed in fury.
Slice was shocked from the power you were unleashing and could only watch as you powered up in front of them. After a few more seconds you disappeared and there was a shock wave that shook the ground under them as she gasped when she saw Cell holding your fist back as the two of you tried to force one another back.
"GO TO HELL!!!!!" Your scream shook the island as the ground sunk deeper and deeper under Cell.
"This brat...!" Cell gritted his teeth before mustering the strength and pushing you back as he dashed into the air and shock waves exploded all over the area as powerful winds blew everywhere.
"L-Let's go, Nine..." Slice said as she and the weakened villain both took their leave while you continued your battle.
"HAAAAA!!!!!!" You unleashed an energy wave at Cell as he stopped it with his hands and tried to force it away from him.
"Ngh!! Y-You...How could your strength have returned this much already!?" Cell questioned before gasping as he didn't expect you to appear in front of him through the beam and punch him across the face.
He wen flying as you caught up and elbowed him into the sky before appearing above him and bringing both your fists down on top of his head, sending him crashing down as there was a huge explosion. As the smoke cleared and you landed on the edge of the crater, you looked down and stared at Cell who groaned while getting to his feet.
"Ready for more?" You asked as your power once more exploded around you.
"Bastard..." Cell said under his breath before something happened.
Cell felt a strange feeling run through his body as he looked down and saw his body flash gold and green repeatedly before returning to normal. He smiled as he stared up at you with a smug look and you were confused.
"Well, I hate to cut things short, but I'm afraid I need to check on my colleagues." He said as you aimed your hand towards him.
"You really thing I'll let you walk away this easily?" You asked as he grinned.
"No, but if you want to protect your dear friend from exploding, you'll let me go." He said as you raised your brow at this before gasping as Cell's tail extended from his back and opened up. "Hngh....GYah!!!!" Cell yelled as something was excreted from his body and flopped onto the ground behind him.
"Wh-What?!" You gasped as you saw Cell lean down and pick up an unconscious Ryu covered in a bio-fluid.
"Here, catch." Cell said as he tossed Ryu into the air before firing an energy blast towards him.
Just before the blast could reach him, you speed over and caught Ryu before slapping the blast away as it flew out to sea and there was a huge explosion. As you turned back towards Cell though, you saw him across from you with his hands open and positioned next to his forehead as he grinned at you.
"SOLAR FLARE!!!" He yelled as a blinding light was unleashed and forced you to cover your eyes and reel back.
"Agh! N-No!!" You yelled as Cell made his get away and disappeared from the area.
As you regained your vision and rubbed your eyes you began to search for his energy where ever it could be, only to find no traces of him at all. You bit your lip in anger before hearing a groan and looking down at Ryu and placing him over your shoulder.
"Don't worry buddy, I've got you." You said as you returned to your base form and began to head to the evacuation center that was established when you all arrived on the island.

After returning to your friends and gathering the islanders all to the safe zone that was established which was an old run down power factory, you helped take care of your wounded friends and whoever else was hurt. An emergency food system was established to feed everyone and the few of you who were not wounded were put to use with their quirks. As you walked through the factory and entered an electrical room, you found Yaoyorozu and Kaminari using their quirks, Yaomomo making blankets and other supplies while Kaminari was trying to power anything he could so that they could at least get the lights inside to work, while also charging batteries for flashlights and anything else they needed.
"You two okay? Is there anything I can help with?" You asked as a clearly tired Momo looked up at you.
"No, we're fine...you just rest, please." She huffed as you only stared down at the floor and walked away from the room.
"Hey, Yaoyorozu..." Kaminari called her as she looked over at him. "...you should go talk to him. I'm sure he needs it." He said to her.
"B-But, I can't stop...All this...it's not enough yet." She said as grabbed a flashlight from her and smiled while showing his sweaty face.
"It's fine, I'll catch up on these while you're gone, so go cheer him up. We need him at a hundred percent if we wanna keep everyone safe. He's one of our only trump cards against those villains." He said as Momo thought for a few moments before nodding and getting up.
As she walked out of the room and looked down the hall, she turned left and saw you sitting in the dark with your knees to your chest and your head hidden in your arms. She stared at you for a few moments before heading over and sitting down next to you, wrapping her arms around you and leaning her head on you.
"I'm sorry..." You apologized as she shook her head.
"What are you saying sorry for? You protected us." She said as you shook your head.
"No...I couldn't stop them from getting hurt..." She heard you begin to sniffle as she looked at you with worry. "I checked 21 and Ryu...I could barely sense any of their power...their quirks...they're practically gone..." You said as you gripped the cloth of your pants tighter and tears hit the floor under you. "I couldn't save them...! I was too weak...!" You choked up before hearing Momo stand in front of you.
Just as you looked up towards her, a hand was swiped across your face as a slap echoed through the dark hall that was illuminated barely by the moonlight at the end of the hall. Looking up, you saw Momo staring down at you with tears in her eyes.
"DON'T YOU DARE SAY THAT' YOU'RE WEAK!" She scolded you as you were shocked from her reaction. "What are you talking about? You? Weak!? Don't be ridiculous! You have the power to save hundreds and even thousands of people! You did the best you could! That's all we CAN do!" She said as you were in awe of her tone. "I'm always terrified that one day when you're fighting, you won't come back to me...I wish I was strong enough to help you, but I don't have that power like you...If anyone should be apologizing, it should be me for not being of any help to anyone...! I'm sorry...!" She said as tears fell from her eyes.
"What was I thinking..." You thought as you stared at the person you care about the most, cry in front of you. "...I'm an idiot...I didn't understand what she was feeling during all of this, but now...Everyone...everyone is..." Your thoughts trailed off.
Just then, Momo felt your arms wrap around her as she cried into your chest while you held her close.
"I'm sorry...I was wrong..." You said as you pulled away slightly before lifting her head up by her chin and leaning down to kiss her gently as the two of you held the gesture for as long as your breaths could.
