- You as Song Hyeri
A 23 years old girl who studies in one of medical school in Seoul. She's also one of a doctor in Seoul Hospital too actually not an official yet. Because she hasn't finished her study as a doctor yet but she works there to experience things of becoming a doctor and plus the hospital that she works in is her mom's friend hospital so it's easy for her to work there and having more experience.
Hyeri is a beautiful girl who has a kindhearted. She loves helping people and she hates liars. She lives alone in her apartment. Her family has a house in Seoul too but they're rarely be at home. They always go overseas for their business that why Hyeri choose to live on her own. She sometimes sleeps at her house only when her parents are home.
- Jung Jaehyun
A 25 years old man who is the eldest son of Jung Empire. He works in his parents company Jung Empire.
He acts cold towards everyone except his family and his friends. He works in a detective group called Nct in secret with his friends. No one knows about this even his family and only his friends who he works with know.
- Lee Jeno as Jung Jeno
He's 18 years old and he is Jaehyun's younger brother.
