Chapter 20- Is This The Happy Ending?
The sound of quiet talking and high pitched cries woke me up, I looked around to see everyone was still in here, Blake was holding one of the triplets while Jace's other brothers cooed over her (I was guessing it was one of the boys since it was now dressed in a blue one piece thing). Cleo was holding the other boy which her and Liv were cooing over and Jace had our little girl in his arms. He looked adorable holding a baby, ironic right? The bad boy looks cute holding a little baby. I turned my head back to Blake and Cleo. "Don't drop them whatever you do" I said.
My whole body felt sore and tired, I knew child birth was relatively painful but damn it hurt more than I expected that's for sure. But as I looked at the babies around me and the people cooing over them, it was worth every painful minute that's for sure because in the end I brought three beautiful babies into this world.
"Hey, your awake" Jace said sitting down in the chair next to me.
"Mm, sorry but giving birth is painful" I said sitting up slightly.
"Do you want to hold one?" Jace asked.
I nodded my head smiling, Jace handed me our little girl and as soon as I saw her face I instantly smiled. She was so small, so precious they all were. "She's so small, but so big at the same time" I said. "Have you told them the names yet?"
"No I wanted to wait for you" Jace said sitting down on the bed. Blake, Cleo and everyone came over taking a seat on the many chairs that were led in the big room. "Do you want to tell them or should I?"
"I will" I said smiling. "Well Blake if you show me him a second" I asked, Blake lowered his arms slightly and shown me one of my little boys. "Your holding Jaxson" I said. "Which means Cleo, you are holding Jake"
"And what's our niece called then?" Tyler asked.
"This little one is Chelsea" I smiled. I could wait for when she grows a bit older, she could have the nick name Chell. Originally I wanted to name her Chloe Olivia but I thought Chelsea was cute because then she would have an original name. "Chelsea Elizabeth Noelle Hunter" I looked up at Jace when I finished saying the name and saw him smile at me.
"Both your mums names?" Cleo asked.
"Charlie's mums name, my mums Middle name" Jace said not taking his eyes off me. "And the boys?"
"I was thinking Jaxson Alexander Hunter and Jake Samuel Hunter"
"Their beautiful" Liv said.
I held Chelsea up to get a look. "I can't believe I pushed three of these out of me" I said gob smacked.
"Charlie, your supposed to hold her neck for support" Jace said quickly supporting Chelsea's neck. I smiled at how protective he was of her already.
"I know. I was just looking at how big she was" I said defensively.
Jake started fussing in Cleo's arms and she looked helpless. Jace quickly took him off her to give her a break. "What did they weigh and what time did they arrive?" I asked. "I kinda passed out" I said. I was a little disappointed that I didn't get to see them as soon as they were born, but I can't change that plus I did need and I think I deserved the rest.
"She came out at 5lbs 1oz and she was born first at 1:53am" Jace smiled.
"She is going to forever tease her brothers about being born first" I said laughing. "And them?"I asked smiling.
"Jaxson came out at 5lbs 7oz and was born at 1:55am, and Jake came out at 5lbs 9oz and was born at 1:57am" The smile on Jace's face shown that he was happy. "I'm proud of you for not giving up even when you wanted too" he turned to me smiling.
"It was worth it, it was worth all the pain" I said smiling as I rocked Chelsea gently in my arms. I looked at Blake who was holding Jaxson refusing to let go when Jace's brothers wanted to hold him, I couldn't help but laugh.
"Your going to be the football player ain't you mate" Blake said to Jaxson rocking him gently. "Your going to make us all so proud"
"I think your brothers turning soft" I said to Jace.
"I think I'm going soft" he chuckled rocking Jake.
Our family was complete and it was perfect. "What you thinking about?" I asked Jace who looked deep in thought as he looked at Jake.
"About our future, how we got here and how we now have our perfect little family" He said quietly, gently planting a kiss on jakes forehead.
"You know we still have to get him, they aren't safe until he's locked up" I said.
Jace nodded. "I know, we have people looking for him"
"Well I have something to ask all of you" I said looking at everyone. "Cleo and Liv convinced me to go to prom, but because we haven't caught Prescott yet we kinda need you boys to come protect us"
"Are you wanting to go?" Jace asked. I turned to him and nodded. "Well then Cherry bomb, would you like to go to prom with your bad boy?" He asked smiling.
"I would love to bad boy" I said grinning. "Do you even have anything to wear though?"
"No, but we have a few days so I have time to get something" He smiled. I leaned into him kissing him.
"I want to say thank you to all of you, for being here and for helping me and Jace" I said.
"None of you had to risk your lives for us, but you did it anyway so thank you" I smiled at them all.
I saw Tyler trying to take Jaxson off Blake to hold him but Blake was having none of it. "Here Tyler, you can hold Chelsea" I said. He came over and I handed her to him. "Just don't drop her" I warned.
"Wouldn't dream of it" He smiled. I stared in awe as I watched them all fuss over the triplets, these kids are going to be spoilt rotten by their Unlces, and by Cleo and Liv.
"They have to call me Aunt Cleo" Cleo said.
"Your not even their auntie" Blake said.
"Hey I've been on the scene longer than you cheeseball, so suck it up" Cleo said glaring at Blake.
"Fair enough" He said.
"Hey" I said nudging Jace lightly, careful not to accidently hit Jake.
"Yeah?" He asked.
"Do you think the triplets are going to miss out, you know not having any grandparents?" I asked looking at each one of the triplets and then back at Jace.
"Their never get to meet them no, but they will hear stories of how amazing both sets of grandparents were"
"What do we tell them when their older when they ask what happened?" I asked him nervously.
"We have a long way to go until they are old enough to know, but we tell them the truth" He said. "When we do I'll be right by your side"
I smiled nodding. "When do I get to leave?" I asked everyone in general.
"Well as soon as the paperwork is done, but they want to show you how to breast feed" Jace said. Jace's brothers faces when he said breast feeding were funny, they all looked so uncomfortable.
I groaned but nodded. "I could see if I can go find a nurse to show you" Cleo said. I nodded and her and Liv left to find a nurse.

I was finally allowed to leave the hospital. Jace was holding Jake in his car seat, while Blake was holding Jaxson's car seat and Tyler had Chelsea's in her car seat. As we walked down the hospital corridors some people smiled at us, the nurses said bye and waved each of them saying bye to the triplets and then to us. Once we got out the hospital Tyler, Jace and Blake put the car seats in Jace's car which Luke and Dylan kindly went and got from home. "Hey my mum wants to meet the triplets and so does Esme, so she's invited us all round for a barbecue" Cleo said. "She's invited Liv's parents too" Liv looked at me.
"I don't mind" I smiled. "Your mum is like a second mum to me, she's the only female adult I have now so at least if she's in the triplets lives she can be a grandmother to them" I said. I felt Jace's strong arms wrap around me as he butted into the conversation.
"What's going on?"
"Cleo's mum has invited us all round for a barbecue, she wants to meet the triplets and so does Esme, plus I have seen my little sister in a while" I said.
"Okay" he smiled.
"Boys, you up for that?" I asked Blake, Luke, Tyler, Shawn and Dylan.
"Yeah, if it means I get to hang out with my niece and nephews some more sign me up" Blake said grinning.
"Fruit loaf" I said laughing.
"I heard that" he muttered back.
"I'm just joking Blake, it's good you are so interested in them" I smiled. "Let's go then" I said grabbing Jace's hand. I got into the front of his car and looked back to see the triplets car seats lined up in a row, they were really secure since there was three of the car seats. Jace got in his side and started up the car.
The whole way to Cleo's the triplets were awake, squealing and making funny noises. We final got to Cleo's and Jace opened up the door taking out Jake's car seat, Blake grabbed Jaxson's and I grabbed Chelsea's finally shutting the car door. I grabbed Jace's free hand and we walked up the driveway and into Cleo's house. I smiled as I saw Eleanor, Ryan and Mason.
"Charlie" Eleanor said hugging me. "Are they awake, can we see them?"
"Of course you can see them" I said smiling.
"What are they called?" She asked.
Her face was filled with excitement. "There are two boys and one girl, she's called Chelsea Elizabeth Noelle Hunter, One of the boys is called Jaxson Alexander Hunter and the other boy is called Jake Samuel Hunter" I said smiling. I grabbed Chelsea out of her car seat and handed her to Eleanor.
"Can I hold one?" Mason asked. Suddenly Esme came running out the lounge to me.
"Charlie Charlie charlie" she squealed.
"Hey baby girl" I said smiling. I picked her up smiling as I placed a kiss on her cheek. "Do you want to see your nephew?" I asked her.
She nodded her head up and down frantically smiling. I placed her down and picked Jake up out of the car seat Jace was holding. "Here you go Mase, don't drop him though" I said.
He nodded. "Do you want to come out to the garden, Liv's parents are out there" Ryan offered.
"Yeah that would be great" I smiled. "Is there anywhere to put the triplets?"
"Yeah we've got a play pen out there" He said. He picked up the two car seats and walked out to the back garden.
"Hey Mase, we got to take the baby outside" I said holding my arms out. "You can play with him outside" I said taking Jake off Mase. Mason nodded and ran of to the back garden.
"You okay?" Jace asked me.
"Yeah" I smiled. "Come on let's go to the back garden" I said. Me and Jace walked out there, followed closely by Jace's brothers. Once we got out to the back garden Jace's phone began ringing. He looked at me, I nodded my head smiling at him. "It's fine, you can go answer it" I said to him.
"I'll be back in a second" he said smiling.
I watched as he walked off and answered his phone. "Hey" Blake said sitting down in the seat that Jace was once sat on.
"Hey" I smiled at him gently rocking Jake in my arms.
Blake took Jaxson from his car seat and began rocking him. "Where did my little brother go?"
"To answer a phone call" I said.
Chelsea was still in Eleanor's arms and Eleanor looked over the moon playing with her. "Can I play with him again" Mase said.
"He's a bit tired at the moment Mase, maybe after lunch alright?" I said.
"Okay" He ran off and began playing with Esme.
Jace came back with a serious look on his face. "Hey I need to talk to you" he said to me.
"Okay" I said turning to him.
"In private"
"Oh okay, yeah" I said standing up. "Hey Tyler"
"Yeah, what's up?" I passed Jake to him.
"Look after him" I warned and followed Jace inside.
I pulled him upstairs and into Cleo's room, sitting down on the bed I listened to what he has to say. His voice was serious so I knew it was important. I led down on my back yawning slightly, Jace leaned over supporting his weight on his arms and looked down at me. He leaned down and kissed me, I couldn't help but smile. "You know this isn't talking" I said with a small chuckle.
"I know I just couldn't help it" He smirked.
"So what did you want to talk to me about?" I asked looking up at him. He got off me and stood up. "Okay Jace what's wrong?" I ask.
"I have to go away for a few days" he said not making eye contact.
"What why? Where?" I asked sitting up.
"The agency need me for a job" He said. "I've got to go to Miami"
I stood up and looked at him. "If you got to do it, then you have to" I said.
"I'm sorry"
"It fine" I said. "How long you going away?"
"4 days"
"So your going to be gone for prom?" I asked.
"I don't know" He said looking at me.
"Okay" I said disappointed. "It doesn't matter"
"I'm sorry" I felt Jace pull me into a hug.
"It's fine, it doesn't matter" I said putting my head in his neck.
"Come on, let's go downstairs and spend time as a family before I have to leave"
"When are you leaving?" I asked him.
"Tomorrow morning babe" I said.
I nodded my head and let Jace pull me back downstairs. Once we got back outside Liv's parents were now there. "Charlie" Mike, Liv's dad said. "How're you?"
"I'm good thank you, how're you?" I asked him.
"I'm good. So triplets aye?" He said with a chuckle.
"Yes haha. Your daughter is one amazing girl, she stuck by me the whole way through" I said turning my head to Olivia. "You should be proud of her"
"I'm glad she was there to help. Listen I heard about your parents, I'm sorry"
"Its okay" I smiled. I was about to walk away when Liv's mum spoke up.
"Charlie" She said. "Can I have a word with you please?" She asked.
"Yeah sure" I said following her to the end of the garden.
"I just wanted to say Im sorry for saying you were a bad influence on Olivia"
"It's fine" I said with a smile. "I didn't blame you for it, I wasn't always the best influence on Liv but I'm not like that anymore" I said. "I have three babies to care for now"
"I just wanted to say I'm sorry" she smiled at me.
"It's fine Carol"
She nodded her head and I walked back over to Jace who was now holding Jake. Eleanor handed me Chelsea and Jaxson was still occupying Blake. I smiled as I sat down, I grabbed a bottle of water of the table and drank some. Chelsea started fussing in my arms and I had to place the water back down to hold her with both hands, just to make sure I didn't drop her. "Okay is everyone ready to eat?" Ryan Cleo's dad asked.
Everyone said yeah and they began dishing up food for everyone. Jace placed Jake back in his car seat when he had fallen asleep, along with Blake who put Jaxson in his because he was falling asleep. Chelsea on the other hand kept fussing, she cried when I tried to place her back in her car seat and she kept fussing in my arms. "She's definitely the screamer" I said as I tried to smooth her.
"Do you want me to take her?" Jace asked.
I shook my head. "No it's okay" I grabbed a sausage off my plate and took a bite. I was slowly gently rocking Chelsea, hoping that she would go to sleep easily now but it wasn't happening. "I think she's hungry" I said standing up.
"Do you want me to come with you?" Jace asked looking up at me.
"No it's fine, stay here and relax" I said going inside.

Jace's P.O.V>
Chelsea kept fussing in Charlie's arms and I could see that Charlie was struggling, but when I offered to help she declined. She decided to take Chelsea inside and feed her leaving me out here. I didn't want to leave Charlie or my kids but I didn't have a choice, the agency need me to do this job. I'm not going to lie and say I wasn't worried Mr Prescott would come back while I'm gone, but I was hoping with everything I had that he didn't. He managed to escape while I was with Charlie after her water broke, so he was still on the loose.
"What you thinking?" Blake's voice pulled me out my thoughts as he sat down next to me.
"I have to go away for a few days" I said.
"Why?" He asked.
"The agency needs me for a job, it's only a couple of days" I said. "I just don't want to leave them" I said.
"I know bro, but it's going to be okay" Blake said.
"I know, I just don't want to leave them. Any of them"
"Being an agent Jace, your always going to be going away" Blake said.
I turned to him. "I know, but I don't want to quit' I said.
"I'm not saying quit mate, I'm just saying most agents don't have kids and a life like you want"
"I know" I said nodding my head. "But our families never been normal" I said chuckling. Blake laughed next to me.
"When do you leave?" He asked.
"Tomorrow morning" I said
"What time?"
"They want me at the agency ready to leave at 6" I said.
"Do you want me to watch out for them while your gone?" Blake asked.
"Will you?"
"I'd do anything for you bro" he said smiling at me. "Any of your brothers would, we're family we stick by each other"
"Thanks bro" I said smiling. "I'll make sure she keeps you lot on standby, just make sure if she needs anything your there to help"
"If she's important to you then she's important to us, not to mention she's the mother of my niece and nephews" Blake said.
I nodded my head smiling. "I'm going to go and find Charlie, thanks again Blake" I said standing up. I decided to leave Jake and Jaxson in their car seats since they were asleep, I knew if they started crying my brothers would look after them until I got back.
I walked into the house and walked around, I found her sat on the sofa rocking Chelsea who was falling asleep. "Hey" I whispered.
She put her finger to her lips and her eyes pleaded that I stay silent. I sat down next to her and looked at her with Chelsea. Most people would say she looked a hot mess right now, but I still thought she was as beautiful as always. Call me whatever you want but I think it takes a real man to admit he has feelings for a girl, and a real man to admit he loves his girlfriend even in the worst of times. "Hi" she said pecking me on the lips. "She finally fell asleep"

"Do you want me to take her?" jace offered.
"Yeah" I said to him handing her to him. She moved slightly in his arms but luckily she stayed asleep.
"Are you going to be okay when I leave tomorrow?"
"No probably not but I'll survive" I said lacing my hand in his. We were outside and Jace placed Chelsea in her car seat carefully, luckily she didn't wake up.
"You know you could come with me, but I don't know how much time I would spend in the hotel" Jace said pulling me to sit on his lap.
"I would love to bad boy but we can't drag Chelsea, Jake and Jaxson all the way to Miami and back" I said. He looked disappointed, I think he thought I would say yes and as I said to him I would love too but it's not fair to drag the triplets 42 hours away. Not until their at least six months old anyway.
"Yeah I understand" He said wrapping his arms around me. "You going to be okay with those three on your own?"
"Yeah I'll be fine" I said. "I have Cleo and Liv if not" I said.
"I'll be back in time for prom, I promise"
"Honestly Jace its fine, it's just prom" I said.
"I want to take my gorgeous girl to prom, even if it means I disobey orders" I couldn't help but smile at those words, but I also didn't want Jace in trouble all because of prom.
"Just don't get into trouble" I said smiling.
"Can't promise anything" Jace smirked.
I laughed and leaned back into him. "Hey I have question"
"Shoot" Jace said.
"Am I heavy?" I asked breaking eye contact.
"Are you really asking me that?" Jace said. "No I don't think your heavy, no I don't think your fat. I think you are perfect the way you are and I think you should stop thinking your all these thing and realise that you are beautiful" He said smiling. "Yes you have some baby fat, so what? You gave birth to our beautiful triplets and if it means you have a few more pounds then so what"
"So your not embarrassed that I'm bigger than I was when you met me?" I asked turning to face him, staring at his eyes.
"I've never been embarrassed by you and I never will. I fell in love with you because of who you are and your personality, not because you were skinny"
"So your telling me you weren't intrested because I had a booty?" I asked a smirk tugging at my lips.
"Well maybe a little" Jace said, a deep chuckle came afterwards and I slapped him playfully on the chest. "No, actually your eyes and your smart ass comebacks was what drew me to you in the first place. The fact that you stood up to me when nobody would, that you weren't afraid to speak your mind"
"Please you just wanted my booty" I said laughing.
"Oh yeah totally" he said laughing. "No I'm joking" He smiled. I leaned in and kissed him.
"I can't believe I'm saying this, but I don't know what I would do without you bad boy"
"I love you" he said.
"I love you too" I smiled hugging him.

"Thank you again for taking care of Esme" I said to Eleanor.
"She was a star, and your welcome to bring her any time you need a break, the triplets too" she said smiling.
"Thank you" I said. "Since you said that, would you mind having the triplets and Esme on prom night? If it's too much having them all then I totally understand" I said. "I would have asked Jace's brothers but they are busy"
"No I would be happy to have them" She said.
"Thank you and thank you for the barbecue. It was lovely"
"It was my pleasure. Your welcome anytime"
I nodded my head smiling. Jace said a quick thank you too Ryan and Eleanor before he grabbed Jake and Jaxson's car seats. "Thanks again, both of you" I said to them both.
"Don't be a stranger" Ryan said.
"I won't" I smiled. "I'll see you next time" I said.
I grabbed Chelsea's car seat and headed to the car, handing it to Jace once he had put Jake and Jaxson in the car. "Call me tomorrow, and me and Liv will come over since Jesse and Ben are going with Jace" Cleo said hugging me after I handed Chelsea to Jace.
"I will, as soon as I wake up. If you wake up and haven't heard off me then ring me alright?" I said hugging her back. Once she pulled away she smiled.
"Damn straight" she laughed.
"Bye" I said opening the passenger door. She waved at me as I got in the car shutting the door. Liv was stood next to her waving at me, of course I waved back smiling. Jace got in the car and smiled at me as he started up the car. "What you smiling at?" I asked him.
"It was fun" Jace smiled as he pulled out the driveway. "But now I'm looking forward to going home, putting our triplets to sleep and then cuddling up next to you"
"That sounds like a plan" I said grinning.
Half hour later and we were back home, there was a bit of traffic so it took longer than we wanted it to take. I grabbed Chelsea's car seat while Jace grabbed Jake and Jaxson's car seats, I unlocked the front door and let him go in first since he had both his hands full. I followed Jace upstairs to one of the guest bedrooms, my mouth dropped when I went in. I hadn't seen the nursery yet, all I knew was that Jace's brothers hired some quick help to put together a nursery but I didn't expect this. The walls were painted a chocolate brown colour and the floor had white carpet. There was a pink cot with Chelsea's name above it in the middle, on the left of her cot was a blue cot with Jaxson's name above it and on the right of her cot was another blue cot with Jake's name on it. In the corner sat a big bundle of teddies.
"Jace its beautiful" I smiled.
"I'm glad you like it baby" Jace's voice sounded soft. I picked Chelsea up out of her car seat and placed her into her crib smiling. I must've been staring a while because I soon felt Jace's wrap his arms around me pulling me into him. "Their gorgeous aren't they,"
"Yes they are" I said not taking me eyes of Chelsea.
"You ready for bed?" His voice purred into my ear.
"Yeah" I said nodding. We both gave the triplets kisses and then headed to our room. "Can I have one of your t-shirts please?" I asked him.
"Of course" He smiled taking out a blue t-shirt and chucking it too me. I quickly went into the bathroom and changed into the plain blue t-shirt that was oversized on me. Once I came out the bathroom I saw Jace in nothing but grey sweats.
"Sexy as always" I smirked as I got into bed.
"Back at you" he winked at me before following suit and getting into bed. "Night" Jace said kissing me.
"I love you" I said kissing him once more.
"Love you too" and with that we were both out like a light.

It had been four days since Jace, Ben and Jesse left. They were due back today and today was also prom. I was meeting Cleo and Liv to get our hair and makeup done and then I was dropping the triplets off at Eleanor's. The girls were getting dressed at mine since there dresses were now at mine. "Come on then" I said to the triplets as I placed them in the buggy. Town wasn't far from my house so it was easier to walk with them in the buggy, than put them in the car and then unload them and that.
I walked out the house and locked the door behind me, making sure I remembered my phone just in case Jace phoned. I pushed the buggy down the street taking in the fresh air as I looked around. California really was a beautiful place providing you lived in the right place, not every place in California is nice. I felt my phone vibrate and saw Jace's name flash on my screen. "Hey" I said into the phone as I put it to my ear.
"Hey beautiful, how's it going?" He asked.
"Stressful, taking care of triplets without your boyfriend is hard. But I'm managing" I said.
"I'm sorry baby. I have some news though"
"Is it bad?" I asked my tone going from happy to serious.
"No, I wanted to let you know I'm on my way home"
"Really?" I asked excitedly.
"Yeah I'm going to be home by the time for prom" He said. "So make sure your ready by 6:30 to be picked up"
"Okay" I smiled. "How's the flight?"
"Well the private jet is defiantly better than flying with other people, Jesse and Ben are enjoying the ride though"
"Aw, how was the trip?" I asked intrested.
"It was actually pretty easy" He sounded happy. "So what are you doing today then?"
"Me, Cleo and Liv are going to get our makeup, hair and nails done ready for prom. Then I have to take the triplets to Cleo's mum's" I said.
"Alright well I will let you go then, I see you later tonight" Jace said. "I love you cherry bomb"
"Love you too bad boy" I smiled biting my lip.
"Kiss the triplets for me"
" I will, have a safe flight" We both said bye and the line went dead. I soon arrived in town and found Cleo and Liv waiting outside the mall for me.
"Charlie" Cleo said.
"Hey" I smiled hugging them both quickly. "Come on then"
We had just had our hair done and we're now getting our makeup and nails done. Cleo went for blue nails since her dress is blue, Liv's nails were red to match her red dress and my nails were being painted pink with black on them. "Okay what coloured makeup would you like?" The lady asked us.
"My dress is pink so preferably something that matches" I replied to her.
An hour and a half later and we were all ready. All we had to do was get into our dresses and then we would be ready. "Should we get lunch?" Liv asked.
"Yeah we can do" I smiled as we walked to the food court.
We were sat in the food court eating when my phone vibrated.
Jace- Can't wait to see your beautiful face tonight xxx
I texted him back. 'I miss you too bad boy xxx' laughing I out my phone away.
Soon grafter we had finished and I was heading home with them to get dressed.

The door knocked loudly and me, Cleo and Liv all squealed. We all checked ourself over in the mirror making sure we were okay, and then headed downstairs. The triplets were at Eleanor's along with Esme, so I didn't have to worry about any of them.
We all walked down the stairs and I opened the door letting them walk out first. I soon came eye to eye with my bad boy. "You looked truly beautiful" Jace said a smirk playing at his lips as he checked me over, head to toe.
"You don't look so bad yourself bad boy" I said kissing him.
We all hopped into the limo that they arrived in and soon we were at our prom. Let me tell you something, it was one of the best nights of my lives and I had fun. Dancing, drinking, friends and a bad boy and its actually a lot of fun.
"Thank you for tonight" I said to have as we got into bed finally.
"I had fun" he said smailing. He leant over and kissed me. I smiled into the kiss and pulled away. "Why'd you pull away?" Jace asked pouting.
"I'm tired and we still have a few weeks to go" I said.
Jace nodded his head and kissed me one last time before turning out the light. "Goodnight" we both said at the same time.
