June 6th about 1 week later
Twins- 4 years
Mason- 1 year
Spencer- 25 weeks pregnant
Spencer POV
It was an early Saturday morning, I wake up about 7am not being able to sleep and I go out into the living room and sit on the couch and watch tv.
About 8pm Penny came out of her room
"Hi mommy."
"Hi honey, sleep good?"
She nods and sits next to me and we lay together and watch tv
"Are you hungry?"
"Yeah"
"What do you want to eat?"
"French Toast!"
"Okay." I get up and walk into the kitchen and start cooking and kylene soon wakes up and sits on the couch with Penny.
I keep cooking when Toby comes out and wraps his arms around me from behind "Good Morning."
I smile but keep cooking "Good morning."
"What are you making?"
"French toast, sound good?"
"Yes."
"Good, because this is all i'm making." I say smiling
He smiles and I soon finish and we eat, after I clean up and Mason starts crying so Toby goes and gets him and comes back out
"Hey I'm going to go take a shower, do you got the kids?" I ask
"Yup, go ahead I got them."
"Thank you." I say and walk into our bedroom to take a shower.
I get in the shower and start to feel a little light headed, but I didn't think anything of it and kept taking my shower, A couple minutes later I pass out falling to the ground hitting my head on the shower door on when I feel, cutting it open.
Toby POV
I hear a huge bang from my bathroom and I go in to make sure everything was okay, and I see Spencer passed out on the floor bleeding from her head "Spencer!"
I run towards her shutting off the shower and grabbing a towel and wrapping it around her and running and putting her in the car and grabbing Mason and putting him in and the girls got in and I immediately drove to the hospital.
On the way I called her mom
"Hello?" Her mom answers
"Hi, I'm on the way to the hospital, Spencer passed out cutting her head open, Can you meet me up there, and help with the kids please."
"Yes of course, I'll be there right after you, I'm leaving now!" Her mom says then hangs up and heads to the hospital.
I soon arrive at the hospital and her mom pulls in right behind me, her mom gets out and helps with the kids as I pick Spencer up and rush her inside.
When we got in they changed Spencer into a gown and rushed her back.
Me, spencer's mom and the kids all waited in the waiting room, when a couple hours later the doctor comes out and tells us we could go see her now.
We walk in but she looked like she was still asleep.
Spencer POV
I hear people, but I couldn't see anything on talk, I heard Toby sitting next to me talking to me. I slowly start to open my eyes and look at him trying to talk
"Shh, don't say anything, i'm right here, don't worry." toby says
I look at him worried and confused
"You passed out in the shower, and hit your head, they gave you stitches."
I look scared and go to touch my head
"Don't!" He pulls my hand away "Don't touch them, you don't want to mess them up."
I nod agreeing
He moves the hair out of your face. "Your going to be okay, the doctor said its from low blood pressure, it's something that comes from being pregnant, this shouldn't happen often."
I smile "T-toby."
"Yes?"
"T-thannk you, for helping me." I say slowly not being able to talk much.
"Your welcome honey, I would do anything for you." He kisses me on the forehead
"I love you."
"I love you too." He smiles and holds my hand
I smile
Then my mom walks over "How are you feeling?"
"Eh." I say looking at her
"I know, you probably don't feel good, the doctor said your going to need a lot of rest for the next couple days, but don't worry, I'm going to take the kids and watch them so it's easier."
"And I'm going to take the next couple days off of work."
I look at them "You guys don't have to do that."
"Yes we do." My mom says
"I want to make sure your okay." Toby says
"Well thank you."
"Your welcome." they both say
"You know Spencer, this pregnancy is really scaring me, it is really effecting you in negative ways, I don't think it's good for your health." My mom states
"I know..I did not mean to get pregnant Again.."
"I know.."
"I'm sorry about that" Toby adds
"It's not your fault, I want this other baby now though, but this pregnancy is terrible..."
"I know how you feel, this was how it was when I was pregnant with you, which is why I never had more kids."
"Thats why?"
"Yup, so I know exactly how you feel, but don't worry you will get through it."
"I know."
"and I will be here through it all, whenever you may need me." She says smiling
"Me too." Toby buts in
I smile "Thank you guys."
"Your welcome." They both say.
A couple hours later the doctor comes in saying I am able to go home
---The next day at home---
Spencer POV
I am at home now, laying in bed I haven't been doing much, and not because I don't want to, but because Toby won't let me, he was hardly let me get up to go to the bathroom on my own, which is sweet that he wants to make sure I'm okay, but it is a tad too much...
I was laying in bed sleeping when I feel Toby standing in the door way looking at me, I slowly wake up and look at him "Hi."
"Hi, did I wake you?"
"No, your fine, I wasn't really sleeping anyway.."
"How are you feeling?"
"Eh I'm okay, my head hurts still, and I am still not feeling too strong."
"I understand, and you won't for a while. But it will get better soon." Toby says sitting next to me in bed
"I know..." I look down at my stomach and put my hands on it "I cannot wait to have this baby."
"Me either, but it will be soon enough."
I start to tear up "I know, but look at me..I am huge and I haven't been feeling well, and I'm now passing out, and It is so hard for me to get comfortable anymore.." He cuts me off and puts his hand on my shoulder
"Spencer, I know, but it will be okay, and I don't mind taking care of you so you can rest and not have to be up and moving, and I know you haven't been Able to actually sleep much because you have been uncomfortable, But you can just lay in bed more, I can always handle the kids so you have time to relax, okay? Your health is the most important to me."
"Okay, thank you."
"Your welcome." He wipes away her tears "Now don't cry we will get through this, everything will be okay."
"Okay." I say and stop crying.
For the next couple days I just kept resting and Toby was being a great husband taking care of me, and my parents were doing us a huge favor by watching the kids.
